    41-year-old Paul Drew has been charged with the murder of Robbie Lawlor after he was arrested in Liverpool and returned to Belfast this week. Drew, with an address in Dublin, was previously jailed for heroin offences and is believed to be a close associate of the criminal known as Mr Big.
