Speaker 1:Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives of Atlanta, New Jersey, and my own creation, the Love and Marriage franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode, we recap reality television from the Real Housewives franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset. in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well.

Speaker 2:Hey, Raindrops.

Speaker 1:On today's episode of Reality with the King, Dustin and I are back to recap the latest episode of Ultimate Girls Trip.

Speaker 2:Dustin.

Speaker 3:Yes.

Speaker 2:Before we get started. Okay. You know, New York is your city, too.

Speaker 3:That's right. That's right.

Speaker 2:Did you take a shot.

Speaker 1:Every time Luann reminded everyone that they're in New York City? Because listen, you are a New Yorker. I mean, first and foremost, you're like me, a Michigander.

Speaker 3:Yes, always to the day.

Speaker 2:Yeah, that's first and foremost. Also like me.

Speaker 3:Right.

Speaker 2:You left Michigan and went to New York.

Speaker 3:Yeah, I'm a tenured New Yorker. I'm 16 years deep.

Speaker 4:So this is not something that has been, you know, a fly-by-night decision on my behalf. I'm committed to the city. I love New York City. I care about what happens here. I've rooted myself in the city culturally and socially, you know.

Speaker 3:So, hey, you know what I'm saying? It is what it is.

Speaker 4:And I understand her connection to New York. I just don't understand the depth of her connection to New York because Luann– was incessantly letting us know that they were in New York.

Speaker 3:She would not let up on that shit. And she was tipping.

Speaker 4:That fedora and moving to the beat. You know, she's a living, breathing Broadway character. And she lives her life through the frame of the Broadway stage. That's how she lives, with a drink. And I'm not hating because, you know, we all fall down.

Speaker 3:Okay?

Speaker 4:And Luann just stayed there. She just stays. And she do drunk shit, like push people out the way when you take pictures and sit on motherfuckers when it's time to take pictures.

Speaker 3:That's drunk person shit.

Speaker 2:Yeah.

Speaker 3:That's what she does.

Speaker 2:No, that's what she does. It's who she is. And listen, we.

Speaker 3:I'm not mad at it.

Speaker 1:I'm not ever mad at a person that indulges in the libations of L'Croix, the Mary Jane.

Speaker 3:And water too. Balance. Okay? Levity. Okay? That's right.

Speaker 2:And this too, guys. I got my iron pills. You know it's Monday.

Speaker 1:Monday is iron pill day. So I got to make sure that I'm alert. Listen, I take iron pills to be alert. Luann, I'm not trying to tag you onto any substance.

Speaker 2:Luann was lit.

Speaker 3:Yes, she was. And stayed there. She did. She stayed lit.

Speaker 4:And for what it's worth, instead of bringing a milestone anniversary of the housewives, she's a founding mother of the housewives.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying? She should have been in a celebratory mood.

Speaker 4:The problem is that she should have contained said celebratory mood to her goddamn self and not allowed it to bleed over in a very violent and disruptive way into the laps and bosoms of Of her castmates. I think that would be where the getcha gotcha, aka the pivot, was at.

Speaker 3:That's where that took place.

Speaker 2:Yes, Ryan Clark, the pivot.

Speaker 1:So let's get into how things started because Dustin, they had.

Speaker 3:A magic show. They did.

Speaker 4:That motherfucker was bad, wasn't he, Carlos? How in the hell did he know Ruth?

Speaker 1:First of all, let's, okay, all of you know this. I've seen him on other reality shows.

Speaker 3:Oh, really? Okay.

Speaker 2:He was on the Kardashians, obviously, because that's their thing.

Speaker 1:He also was... Because, you know, I'm a YouTuber.

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 2:Blogger by night. Hey, Miss Wanda. We'll see y'all tonight, Huntsville.

Speaker 3:And who was it? Somebody else said that shit, and then they pieced it up. Dr. Simone. Remember? Yeah. She's all good, though. She pieced it up. No, no.

Speaker 2:So, I saw Simone. That's my girl.

Speaker 3:Yeah. So.

Speaker 2:He was also on Tom Brady's YouTube channel.

Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 2:And so I... Oh, and last but not least, he also was on Joe Budden's podcast.

Speaker 3:Okay. All right.

Speaker 1:He's legit. He's like the real deal. So I'm aware of the mentalist of Raindrops. The mentalist is obviously somebody... that has the capabilities of reading your mind in a way of mentally absorbing your thought, which is the most random thing.

Speaker 2:And Dustin, I've seen this guy in action and he's legit.

Speaker 1:So before we even get to Teresa Giudice, who may not have understood the game, love you, Tree.

Speaker 2:But I love Teresa.

Speaker 4:And that's why, because of her not understanding the game. That's why. Don't change.

Speaker 3:Ever. No.

Speaker 2:Listen, that'll go sprinkle cookies like we get it, girl.

Speaker 4:That saxophone now, we've upped things a level. Yeah, with live music performances.

Speaker 3:Okay? It's part of the ensemble.

Speaker 1:I knew that woman for almost 20 years and did not know she could play the saxophone.

Speaker 3:If everybody else get an instrument, there'll be a six-piece band. You know? That's what she's shooting for. Shout out to Tree. That's right. And send in her piece.

Speaker 4:And blessings. We've seen that family shit that hit the news today. That's some deeply personal family shit that, you know, that looked very personal.

Speaker 3:And so we sending them love.

Speaker 2:Absolutely. No, my love goes out to Teresa and the entire family. Melania, I love you. I love you, Tree. And the entire family. Yes.

Speaker 4:We don't know Louie like that. But Teresa and them daughters, our hearts go out to her for real. Like, wholehearted. You know what I'm saying? For peace and blessings and all that.

Speaker 2:I will leave it there. Dustin, I came with you today, so I will leave it there.

Speaker 3:Ain't nothing against you. You don't know his ass like that.

Speaker 1:No, there's somebody else I'm not going to name because you would go off and that would be.

Speaker 2:A whole tangent.

Speaker 3:Let's do it. Come on.

Speaker 2:No, no, no. I love the fact that.

Speaker 3:Come on, man.

Speaker 2:Who?

Speaker 4:I'm just saying we don't know him like that. You know what I'm saying? That men's camp video when they was reciting that chant by Lake Titicaca.

Speaker 3:Or wherever they was at. I just, I don't know. I got a bad vibe.

Speaker 4:And so I was like, you know, but Teresa seems happy and that's what's most important.

Speaker 3:And we haven't seen anything outside of that shit.

Speaker 4:That was going on on the show with everybody and all the accusations and stuff.

Speaker 3:We haven't seen him be harmful to Teresa yet.

Speaker 2:Yeah.

Speaker 3:With our own eyes.

Speaker 2:So I don't have, we're going to say, yeah, Dustin, we haven't seen him do anything.

Speaker 3:We hope we never do.

Speaker 2:Yes. Okay.

Speaker 3:But we never do. I just, you know, I'm just, you know, hi. Hi. Over there.

Speaker 2:Hi, Louie. I've met Louie.

Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 4:So yeah, bring me closer. This is the kind of thing that bridges the gap. Come on.

Speaker 2:Okay. Nice guy. Very, very sweet.

Speaker 1:Um, and I've always said this, um, you could tell through the eyes of the children how people are.

Speaker 2:And one thing I will say, Gia, who literally is.

Speaker 1:One of Teresa's guardians. That G, I'll be running shit.

Speaker 4:She also be waking up in the morning thinking about so many things. And a juicy couture jacket with a little shirt. Anyway, but now so she spoke finally.

Speaker 3:I come in love for Teresa. And so if she's happy and she's good, I'm good. Hi. That's all. And we wish them forever. We wish them happiness forever.

Speaker 4:And we hope that as the time progresses, we're able to grow the same type of naturally gestated care and concern for him that we have for Teresa. We love Teresa from the mud. Not the mud. And by mud, I mean season one glam.

Speaker 3:Okay? We love Teresa. We stuck through things with her. We care about what happens to her.

Speaker 6:You know, we just, we're protective fans.

Speaker 3:We're protective fans.

Speaker 4:And we just want her to be surrounded by sincere and authentic love, concern, and happiness.

Speaker 3:That's all.

Speaker 2:Okay, good. Well, I love that. I love that.

Speaker 3:I love that.

Speaker 1:So we'll leave it there. So, The magic man, a.k.a.

Speaker 2:Vintalus. Okay, that was.

Speaker 3:I got.

Speaker 4:Another question for you. I got another question for you. And this may be a bit of a tangent, but let's go on it, right?

Speaker 3:Go ahead. Because you're a man of faith.

Speaker 4:You often speak about how important your connection to God is to you and how it's really accomplished for the decisions you make, the choices you make, and your path for like your life and your future so with so many with the vast majority right of people who have a christian faith um categorizing like magic magicians fortune tellers and shit they categorize most of them categorize that as the occult or witchcraft right so but i know that you don't and i know that you're able to appreciate things for what they are the same way i am How do you find the, like, how do you find that balance with still holding fast to your faith and also understanding this belief system, you know what I'm saying, as well, and respecting it in that way without compromising your own faith? Because I think that'll encourage a lot of people to, you know, receive things differently, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 2:Yeah, first of all, great question. Very, very, very thought-provoking.

Speaker 3:I love you, nigga. I love you.

Speaker 2:I want you to share it with the people, man.

Speaker 3:Dustin, you are so funny. I love you, nigga.

Speaker 2:Why, thank you, Dustin.

Speaker 3:I appreciate that.

Speaker 2:I love you more. No, so here's the deal. You're right, right?

Speaker 1:I'm extremely faith-based. I'm not religious per se. You know, I definitely... I would say when it comes to spirituality, I believe in God.

Speaker 2:I worship God.

Speaker 1:Like you said, my life decisions are based on my fear of him and just being conscious of like what I'm doing intentionally.

Speaker 3:And it shows. You're thriving.

Speaker 2:Thank you. I appreciate that. Thank you.

Speaker 1:With that being said, like you said, I'm also aware that, for example, when it comes to psychics, I do believe that there are people that have psychic powers.

Speaker 2:I do believe that.

Speaker 1:And the reason why I believe that is because it has shown up in my life courtesy of other people.

Speaker 2:And I can't deny the.

Speaker 3:What you bore witness to.

Speaker 1:Yeah, like whether people say it's coincidence, I understand that. I do believe that is a real thing. With that being said, I personally, I'm not going to go see a psychic because I want to live my life making sure that I follow God and I don't want... And listen, a lot of people may not agree with me and that's great. I personally, Dustin, I don't want a preview to my future.

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 1:I'd rather just trust God and do the steps and whatever happens, happens. But I don't want to know. And I don't want to disrespect him in that. So when it comes to magic, again, I do believe David Copperfield is the best magician in the world. And that's a skill set. That's a talent. And I'm all things creativity.

Speaker 4:He's been surviving Vegas heat waves for how many years?

Speaker 3:That's magical, man.

Speaker 4:He's been keeping his body temp down in Las Vegas consistently, you know what I'm saying, for 73 summers in a row.

Speaker 3:I don't know. But anyways, go ahead, Los, because I think you're breaking this.

Speaker 4:Down for people on a level that is palatable and easy to understand because this is something that can be very complex, very complicated, and something that people's literal core values and principles can become involved in it. So the conversation becomes even that much more nuanced. So I love the way you're laying this out. Please continue, Loz.

Speaker 3:Yes.

Speaker 1:So with that being said, I, as a creator, respect it as a talent. And I do believe that whether you are a psychic or a magician, you should definitely make money off your talent.

Speaker 2:If I, in my same breath, respectfully, and I'm here, I don't judge anything, right?

Speaker 1:If I can respectfully say, look, when it comes to sex workers, for example, I respect the gig and you should get paid for it.

Speaker 2:I do believe that prostitution should be legal.

Speaker 3:I think it's weird that real magicians. I think it's this.

Speaker 1:I believe that two consenting adults should be able to do what they want to do and exchange money at the end. And let's be clear, there's a lot of these reality stars that are in that profession. But hey, if somebody's banging you and you get a vehicle, a house, a bag, a.

Speaker 2:Website, dinner... Mm-hmm.

Speaker 3:Record deal, you know, you know, stocks and bonds, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 2:Acting a movie role.

Speaker 4:Movie role or two or three, you know what I'm saying? All that kind of shit. It just looks differently. Listen, I think that, that what, after living in New York for 16 years, right? Obviously I've been exposed to belief systems and people, of all walks of life who have been very different from what I've known and what I've understood to be true, right? And the one thing that I have been able to, the through line, the one commonality that I found is good intention, right? With all these people who are so different from me, but we all had good intentions for each other and for the greater good of people in general.

Speaker 3:And it made me grow a respect.

Speaker 4:And it made me drop down walls and boundaries and unlearn a lot of shit that I should not have learned in the first place. And I'm so grateful for those experiences, those encounters. The through line is a goodness or a will to do good or an intention to do good to others. And that can materialize or show up in many, many different walks of life, many different forms. And sometimes that even looks like belief systems, religious belief systems. spiritual belief systems, all that kind of shit. And as long as you respect me, I respect you. You know what I'm saying? As long as you're not trying to influence me to do anything that I'm resistant to, I'm not going to do.

Speaker 3:That to you either. We good.

Speaker 4:And I think that once you can respect people on that level, it can really open your eyes to just understanding things.

Speaker 3:It doesn't mean you have to practice something.

Speaker 4:It doesn't mean you have to agree with quote unquote something, but just understanding things and demystifying things. all these things that have been presented a certain way to us generations deep.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 4:So I just thought that was some, a good nugget sense that this section of the episode was centered around a motherfucker floating on stage.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying? Okay. Let's talk about that little deeper so that people can know that.

Speaker 2:Okay.

Speaker 1:Listen, the thing about like, first of all, when he had Kyle, um, I'll say hypnotized, right? In order to follow his words and do everything he wanted her to do to the point where you could tell Kyle visibly was like, what is happening? Listen, that is somebody I do not.

Speaker 2:Want to date.

Speaker 3:Hell, fuck no. I don't want no level of accountability to him whatsoever.

Speaker 4:I don't want to have to meet up to any expectation for her. I don't want no option of disappointing that motherfucker right there.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying? I don't. I don't. I don't.

Speaker 4:I like things sitting down in my house, not flying around the room like the beginning of the beloved movie when that dog was flying around and we were, I don't need none of that around me.

Speaker 3:So I get it. But I respect the game. And listen, it was impressive. Whatever the.

Speaker 4:Whatever process he used to get to that result. Impressive because how did he know Ruth? Why did Kyle think she was touched? And how was the lady just up there?

Speaker 1:Luann being lifted was the icing on the cake to me.

Speaker 4:She's one of the tallest, most dense, physically dense, porous housewives in the cast.

Speaker 3:She's porous and dense. Bone density on heavy. You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 4:It's not that she's a big woman. She's just a A statuesque woman.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying? Luann, you hear her coming. You know what I'm saying? She wear boots. You know, they talk to you. You know what I'm saying? Her stilettos might puncture a tile. You know what I'm saying? It's just like that. It's heavy handed and heavy footed. You can tell. And so Luann.

Speaker 2:A heavy voice.

Speaker 3:All of it is heavy. Yes.

Speaker 2:Yeah.

Speaker 3:So him lifting her up again. Impressive, man. It was.

Speaker 1:I mean, he's great the way he does, but the idea of like, yeah, I don't want to be friends with you. The fact that you can know what I'm thinking, the fact that you can hypnotize me to do something I don't want to do, and I am all of a sudden awakened, and you have something in my throat.

Speaker 2:Not for me!

Speaker 3:Who look good enough for you to be like, all right, I'll be your friend. No.

Speaker 2:There's a show I'm watching called A Different World.

Speaker 3:Oh. Look, and it's like a spade's hand, two in a possible. Okay?

Speaker 4:Cast stacked. I was like, yo, shout out to the casting directors. They did a great job. Everybody on the cast is beautiful.

Speaker 2:Every last one.

Speaker 3:Every last one. Everybody.

Speaker 2:The women are beautiful.

Speaker 3:The niggas are handsome and attractive. It's a very beautiful cast. Even the old motherfuckers look good. The legacy cast, they all still got it. Still got it. They are still fucking Carlos. You know that. Absolutely.

Speaker 2:I mean, as they should.

Speaker 4:They probably get a little bit more now that this reboot is out, Carlos.

Speaker 2:That's clear.

Speaker 1:Because it ain't nothing like having coins to feel comfortable.

Speaker 3:They've been all at, what's the shit in LA?

Speaker 4:Javier's and EPLP.

Speaker 3:They've been all up in there. Yeah, getting crustaceans.

Speaker 4:There's been a lot of bottle service at Lobster salad, crab salads, and shithead.

Speaker 3:Okay, they doing good. Shout out to them. They know what they're about.

Speaker 4:Tearing the Webster up. Coming out of the Webster bagged down. You already know, Carlo.

Speaker 3:Good for them. Good for them.

Speaker 1:So look, if you want to hypnotize me, I'm not going to name names, but there's one particular one that I'm like.

Speaker 2:And.

Speaker 4:This damn show is going to be a different world than where I come from, okay?

Speaker 6:Oh good we're gonna offline we got we need to offline about that because there's there's literally more we're gonna offline about that.

Speaker 4:We have to i love line we're gonna offline about it yeah i enjoyed my weekend boom all right.

Speaker 1:So, Teresa had no idea what she was doing, Dustin. She did not understand the game. I will say this. I love this girls trip season for Teresa. Because I do think a lot of people really do think Teresa just a table flipper.

Speaker 2:Like, she can just go ham and cheese.

Speaker 1:And by you being a Day One Jersey viewer, you know we all fell in love with Teresa because she was funny.

Speaker 3:It had nothing to do with her in conflict.

Speaker 4:The reasons that we loved her had nothing to do with her arguing. That was simply the cherry on top when she would spaz out on a motherfucker. We liked her because she was funny. She said ingredients. She had all them fucking cute children. We loved her. We loved her. And her personality stood out from day one.

Speaker 3:Day one. And she wasn't related to no damn body. It was just her. You know what I'm saying? With a bunch of other family members.

Speaker 2:She was the coolest one.

Speaker 5:Dina was always the coolest of all the manholes and whatever their last name was before that.

Speaker 3:Anyway, go ahead, Carlos.

Speaker 5:Also, Dina always going to carry the spinoff to me about her life in California. I just see her on a beach somewhere or whatever, but that's just me.

Speaker 3:Anyway, yeah.

Speaker 2:Well, T for you. Me and Dina tried to do. A spinoff with her.

Speaker 3:Really? Yes.

Speaker 2:When she left Jersey, she was working with Al Roker, his production company.

Speaker 4:She did something like a home tour or something.

Speaker 2:Yeah.

Speaker 1:We were going to do a spinoff with her. Al Roker's company loved her. And she called me and said, can you do it with us? And again, that's the beauty of relationships when it.

Speaker 3:Comes to life. relationships for real.

Speaker 2:Yeah.

Speaker 4:The value of just simply being kind to someone with no expectation.

Speaker 2:Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3:And I helped around. And it just didn't move forward for whatever reason.

Speaker 1:No, I think, well, listen, the thing was, and Dina was one of the first, the thing that even is prevalent today, a lot of networks and streamers don't want to buy into the spinoff of a housewife. So just so you know, because of course we look at certain people like somebody's going to snatch you up. Not necessarily. A lot of networks do feel like you're so Bravo branded that the idea of me spinning you off to your own life is not appetizing for them. But I do think, look, there's an exception to every rule. And perhaps there is some exception. that they would be into.

Speaker 1:I think, for example, Nene Leakes is somebody that a network would.

Speaker 3:Who could go, yeah, she could go work.

Speaker 2:You know, whatever.

Speaker 3:Hopefully she's doing something soon. She is. Good. Good. I hope it is on the level that we expect from her and that we deserve.

Speaker 4:Good.

Speaker 3:Carlos, okay, I just have one question. I don't even know if you can say this, right? Okay, so let me just, I'll say it and then you just react. Or not, right?

Speaker 4:I love Nene and she's at her best in scripted work. I love her in the scripted space. I would love to see her do more of that soon.

Speaker 2:And you will.

Speaker 3:Thank you.

Speaker 2:Back to Ultimate Girl Strap.

Speaker 3:See, this is why y'all have to subscribe to Patreon. I mean, hello.

Speaker 2:Hey, Mimi, I love you.

Speaker 1:This is Reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show. Okay, so your girl Lulu on that good juju is the life of the party.

Speaker 2:She's doing her thing, Dustin. She is making a speech.

Speaker 3:Okay?

Speaker 2:The speech lasted 33 minutes. She's giving all the.

Speaker 3:That's a long time at an event like that.

Speaker 4:At an event with no seats, that's a long time for people to be paying attention. When music was playing before your long-winded ass started talking, that's a big ask. That's a big ass ask. That's what it is. Because what the fuck do you have to say? That ain't already been said. What number party is this? I know where they get the message right now.

Speaker 3:Everybody know.

Speaker 4:Thank you for what you did. And it's good to see you. Let's go to the next city. Like, there's just nothing else. They probably sick of, obviously, they sick of listening to her talk and sing.

Speaker 3:She's obviously sick of talking and, well, no, she not. She can do whatever. But they sick of it coming from her.

Speaker 4:So what the fuck do you have to say that fills up 34 goddamn minutes? at a costume party where people are hot with all that shit on, you know, Jessel head was sweating.

Speaker 3:And how different did Aaron look from Roni with that red hair?

Speaker 4:I'm like, yo, we got to try some more hair options on her.

Speaker 3:Cause she was like a totally different person.

Speaker 2:Wow.

Speaker 3:Aaron, this is okay. Let's explore this.

Speaker 2:Yeah. By the way, unpopular opinion.

Speaker 3:Fine.

Speaker 2:I don't care. Aaron's my favorite.

Speaker 3:I get it. Okay.

Speaker 4:Okay.

Speaker 3:I get it. She's not my favorite.

Speaker 4:But to me, she is like, she literally lives and breathes the Bravo housewife.

Speaker 3:Essence.

Speaker 1:So the thing is, so Luann is making a speech to the rest and calling out, shouting out the rest of the housewives. She conveniently mentions Giselle's name and says nothing.

Speaker 2:And moves on.

Speaker 1:I didn't think Giselle did anything to Lou to warrant that. So that did surprise me.

Speaker 4:But Giselle had also been being passive-aggressive towards Lou Anne the whole damn time, if we're being honest.

Speaker 3:Taking little digs and shots.

Speaker 4:And, you know, Lou Anne, I think, one thing about it, everybody on the cast, without the exception of Vicky, was trying to present themselves in the most palatable light. this is their chance to show like, fuck my cast. I can actually get along with other people, you know, without conflict.

Speaker 2:Yes.

Speaker 4:So they all were being patient with each other. They all were probably making internal lists like, okay, that's one more thing this bitch did to me. That's another thing she did to me. When I do get her, I'm going to run down this list.

Speaker 3:And so I think Luann just probably had a list for Giselle internally and said, you know what? I'm going to get her out. You know what I'm saying? Just got her right then and shit. I think she did.

Speaker 4:Yeah.

Speaker 1:The thing with Luann is, and I will say this, I miss Luann. Luann is somebody that was made for reality television.

Speaker 3:That need a stylist. Yes, I agree. Yeah, she needs a stylist.

Speaker 2:You don't like the boots, the jacket, the jeans? No, she used to.

Speaker 4:Stop dressing like everything came out of a cedar closet that's been locked up for, you know what I'm saying, all these years.

Speaker 3:And she's smelling like a piano bar. Like, no. Luann is not an ugly woman by any means. She's tall.

Speaker 4:She has a nice body frame that can hang nice clothes well.

Speaker 3:She needs to get with Paris. She needs to get with... She do. She needs to get with Law, Colin. You know what I'm saying? All the ones. She needs to get with one another.

Speaker 2:Dallas is stylish, our friend.

Speaker 3:Dallas. Hell yeah. Dallas is stylish. Shout out to my brother, Dallas. She needs to get with one another. Isaiah.

Speaker 2:Daniel Hawkins.

Speaker 3:It's a little look that does it. It's a list. One of them need to get her. Get her and save her. Save her. Throw her the life raft of new clothing. Because she needs it, man. She does.

Speaker 4:Stop dressing like that, Luann. Why does she look like that? Like she got a story to tell. and a bunch of keys and shit why does she look like that man everything has just got that old smell like you just took it out of the closet for the winter or whatever season it is everything been folded up in a bag or a bin You know.

Speaker 3:It's just time, Luann. It's time. But she's booked, though.

Speaker 4:I saw over on Twitter, she had booked a performance at somebody's wedding this weekend.

Speaker 3:She was on stage doing her one, too. Yeah.

Speaker 1:And this is no shade. This is no shade to our community. Was it a gay wedding?

Speaker 3:I don't know, but it was a nice day for a white wedding. It was definitely a white wedding. Nice day for it. And she should add that to her set. That's her key.

Speaker 4:Nice day for a white wedding. That's her key. She needs to add that to her set when she do wedding music. Luann is in the book. She do bar mitzvahs and shit. You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 3:She do all of that. She do whatever you got going on, man. She just want to sing. So, yeah. That's it.

Speaker 1:Gotta love Luann. Gotta love Luann. Portia is running late. Portia is trying to get there by hell, sleet or snow, literally. She is walking through the snow. She's FaceTiming with Giselle. And she's trying to get to the destination. Luann kept mentioning the fact that she was late. Giselle's like, she's on her way.

Speaker 2:An hour and 30.

Speaker 3:Giselle tried to have her back, man.

Speaker 2:She tried.

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 2:That's a friend. That's a friend. So Portia Dustin was two hours late.

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 1:And as Portia enters, trying to apologize, Luann isn't feeling it and tells her, look, I'm speaking and I'm gonna do what I do.

Speaker 2:And Portia felt like she was being rude.

Speaker 1:I mean, look, in this sense, I do understand Luann's side.

Speaker 2:She was two hours late.

Speaker 4:Two and a half hours late. She was over two hours late. Now, A couple things. So in Luann's defense, of course she was going to make a stink of it. They just got through lambasting Lisa Barlow for being late, fucking up the crew schedule and all that with the impending threat of the storm in Atlanta when they were trying to leave, all of that. In Portia's defense, this was a Halloween party and her Halloween costume was bundles of go-naked hair.

Speaker 3:Genius costume, by the way. But that means all that hair had to be done, too. You think she could show up in some.

Speaker 4:Gone-naked hair and that hair wasn't pressed, the hair that the costume was made out of, too? So Portia had to get her hair done, and so did her outfit. That takes a lot of time. That's a lot of handwork, manpower, man hours. A lot of bumper curling, you know? So once they pressed all that shit and finalized it, that was the extra two and.

Speaker 3:A half right there. She was late for a reason. I wasn't mad at Portia.

Speaker 4:And even if she was two and a half hours late, she looked good enough to make you be like, you know what?

Speaker 3:It's all right. I'm just glad you're here. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's how good she looked.

Speaker 2:She looked amazing. She looked amazing. And look, she also knew like, all right, I fucked up.

Speaker 4:Portia was two and a half hours late on purpose too. You ain't going to tell me now one second. She was like, Portia didn't want to go to New York to that party. And the reason we know Portia didn't want to go is because when Giselle walked in, what was the first thing she said?

Speaker 3:Who are all these people?

Speaker 4:She said, you know what? It's a Luann party. We should have known it, but if I wanted to go to FanFest, I would have went to BravoCon. Now, that means that a conversation had been had about Luann, the Shruggles, her letting anybody come to the party. You see Luann was talking to that black guy at the party, and he was like, she started launching into him with conversation about the shit that was going on between her and the Housewives, and he was like, I don't know what you're talking about. I just came to say what's up.

Speaker 4:You know what I'm saying? Like, She was just talking to anybody and they knew it was going to be that kind of party. And Portia was like, I'm not about to rush. Luann is already getting on my nerves. I'm literally going to just get there when I get there in time enough to film per my contractual agreements, not my Luannual agreements.

Speaker 2:Luannual.

Speaker 3:That's what I think. That's what I think.

Speaker 2:I like that Luannual.

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 2:Well, to your point, though, look, Luann's I do feel like this. His performing at the wedding.

Speaker 1:Luann definitely walks around.

Speaker 2:The world as if every day is a cabaret.

Speaker 3:Yes, she does.

Speaker 4:And not Jocelyn's. Now, that's the show she needs to go on. You want Luann to make some changes? Since she loves the cabaret so much, send her down there to Jocelyn's.

Speaker 2:Loose me up!

Speaker 3:Send her down there to Jocelyn's cabaret. Can you imagine? Is that a spinoff? Dude, first of all, She's yelling in my face. You can see it, Carlos. You already know. Jocelyn will cuss her motherfucking ass out. Get out of here, you white asshole. You already know. Because you think you're better than me, and you're not. That's the problem. You come from the bravo. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. No, no, no.

Speaker 4:Bitch, you come from the bravo. You think you're better than me, and you're not, bitch. And I want you to know that. And so you go back to the other white ladies.

Speaker 3:You already know. That's what Jocelyn would tell her.

Speaker 4:So that's the cabaret she needs to be humming in down there at Jocelyn's cabaret.

Speaker 2:Okay.

Speaker 1:Jocelyn sent all of that to Luann. What will Luann say back to Jocelyn?

Speaker 3:I can't even hear what she's saying. She's yelling in my face. Oh, God. You're yelling in my face. Jocelyn, come on. Security? Come on. No, no. I won't be doing it. Just give me my hat. Just give me my hat. I'll go.

Speaker 4:You can hear, I can't, I can hear it. You know what I'm saying? I can hear it in my head. Oh, but let's, what's, what's the guy, what's his name? Ballistic, you know, what's his, what's his, who's named Ballistic?

Speaker 3:You can hear it.

Speaker 4:I didn't know, you know, I could have asked that, but I didn't ask that.

Speaker 3:You know, just, just, you can hear it, man.

Speaker 1:Dustin, you are pure beast. I mean, I thought I couldn't love you more. You are a fantastic comedian. Jay, for brother Jay Pharoah.

Speaker 3:Thank you, brother.

Speaker 2:I mean, you are on the level of Jay Pharoah, right? That's amazing, right?

Speaker 1:The one Raindrops SNL who does Jamie.

Speaker 4:Foxx, Barack Obama. One of the greatest, especially the new generation.

Speaker 3:Hell yeah. One of the greats.

Speaker 2:You're on that level.

Speaker 3:That's a high compliment. Thank you, bro.

Speaker 2:The way you... My favorite was, you're not ballistic.

Speaker 3:I could go there, but I'm not going to go there.

Speaker 2:Down along. Down along... And then you... Kill my girl!

Speaker 3:Kill my girl! You go back up there with the ladies. Not down here, bitch. Okay? Bitch, this is Miami. This is Miami, ho.

Speaker 2:Yeah. It reminded me on, listen, you are my people and the Raindrops people.

Speaker 1:It reminds me of when Jocelyn was co-hosting The Real.

Speaker 3:Yes.

Speaker 2:And they showed the picture of Tamera's daughter.

Speaker 3:Yes. That's a white girl.

Speaker 4:She was talking about Paris Jackson, too, like that on there. Jocelyn would say she gave them hell for a week straight on The Real with a palatable... 30 plus bob wig on you know what I'm saying the entire time she had daytime TV hair and nice jewelry you know she looked docile and nice and ladylike but that mouth open and she tore their ass up and we loved every motherfucking minute of it we loved it she was great on that show.

Speaker 2:Oh gosh the lungs and my.

Speaker 1:And my breastplate okay so moving on Dustin, your girl Lulu is feeling herself. Dustin, she is determined to be in the middle of these photos.

Speaker 3:Everyone.

Speaker 1:Because New York is her town. And she tells them, you have no idea who you're dealing with. The obsession with being in the middle, even when she called Dorinda. And said how she was levitating. And she starts to cry. And she said, let all these girls be in the middle in all of their respective cities. And she felt that, I mean, once again, Dustin, she's what?

Speaker 3:In New York. In New York. She didn't say it once. She said it 83 times in one episode. New York. I'm in New York.

Speaker 4:She kept saying it, man.

Speaker 3:Like, she continued to. Yeah.

Speaker 4:It was ridiculous, man. Luann, you know damn well you've been bullying them women. And every fucking photo that y'all done had, they done smelled up under your arms and behind your ears and shit because you've been like next too close.

Speaker 3:And every single photograph, you don't belong in the middle. Why are you in the middle in Atlanta? Why are you even trying to do that? And she kept making us think of who was in the middle. Even when she wasn't in the middle, her.

Speaker 4:Opinion was, her voice was, she was telling somebody else to get in the middle in Miami. So they were just sick. of Luann talking to them about everything. And that picture was just, it just tipped everything over for them.

Speaker 3:Them. I think that's what happened, man. You're an auditor.

Speaker 4:What are you calling some shit? Turn your ass off of me. I'm tired of you being next to me in pictures. Sometimes you just got to say it plain. You know what I'm saying? You do, man.

Speaker 3:I was sick of her. Oh, shit.

Speaker 2:The thing is this.

Speaker 1:I never thought in a million years that Luann would emerge as one of the... stars of this particular season of Girls Trip. Because again, I haven't seen Luann in years on television. And even when they did New York City Ultimate Girls Trip, this is no shade. And you know me, I did love the New York City OG cast. Their Ultimate Girls Trip episode was so boring to me.

Speaker 2:I didn't like it.

Speaker 1:I was not into it. And I didn't finish it. I watched one episode. Maybe one and a half. And I think that's what I had about it.

Speaker 3:You did better than me. I wasn't interested.

Speaker 4:I didn't want to see their asses drinking peppermint tea and eating sweet rolls, watching CBS, and going to Florida.

Speaker 3:I was straight. I'm good.

Speaker 2:Dustin, they didn't go to Florida.

Speaker 4:Well, they would have went if it was up to them to determine the itinerary.

Speaker 3:That's the golden life, Dustin.

Speaker 2:Are you going to watch the golden life?

Speaker 3:What you think?

Speaker 2:It's based in Florida. No.

Speaker 3:No.

Speaker 4:Much love, too. I fuck with Sonya. Shout out to Sonya. I fuck with Sonya. I fuck with the wind. Who else? Kelly Ben Simone, right?

Speaker 2:And you love Dorinda. And I love Dorinda.

Speaker 3:I love Dorinda. Had her ass out at the party. My kind of girl. What's the name of that play? Our Town. That's my kind of people. I love Dorinda. So that's that. That is my kind of. That's her favorite. I loved her.

Speaker 2:Kelly Ben Simone.

Speaker 3:Yeah. Kelly Ben Simone. Who else?

Speaker 2:Okay, Dustin. Ramona Singer.

Speaker 3:Aw, they got to deal with her.

Speaker 4:I remember back in the day, my friend worked at Equinox on the Upper East Side, and he said she used to walk in and refuse to wave her key card.

Speaker 3:He said she'd walk in and just go past the desk in a hurry. Oh, you know who I am. And go past every time.

Speaker 4:He said they kept having to talk to her about it all the time, and she refused to.

Speaker 3:Comply with scanning in to the gym. Yep. Okay.

Speaker 4:That was years ago. That was before any of this, like before I even did this kind of work.

Speaker 3:That was years ago. Yeah.

Speaker 2:I may have heard the same story.

Speaker 3:Years ago. Yeah. Years ago. Yeah.

Speaker 4:But that's because if I worked at that gym, I would have stuck my foot out.

Speaker 3:You understand?

Speaker 1:Yeah.

Speaker 3:Real swiftly and shit.

Speaker 2:That is such a comedy trouble to pick up.

Speaker 5:Wow.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying? Down. You're going down.

Speaker 4:And then you're going to scan that key card, like I said in the first motherfucking place.

Speaker 3:That's how that would have worked. But you know.

Speaker 1:Listen, life has a funny way of humbling you, and that's why you need to make sure you're good to people. And once again, that's why our friend doesn't send their belly. The reason why she remains on that show in the capacity she's in, she's currently in Scotland on The Traitor. I am telling you guys, as somebody who worked with her from season three up until nine, not a better, more professional person.

Speaker 3:A genuine sweetheart.

Speaker 2:A genuine.

Speaker 1:The woman bought me a Bible for my birthday.

Speaker 3:Yeah, that's the kind of sweet she does.

Speaker 4:And she meant that that means she care about you and love you man like yeah she is genuinely not a problematic person at all and she's always been super kind to me always tried to help me always supported me cheer for me without me asking you know just all the the hallmarks of a person pouring into you that don't have to with no expectation she's a great person that's why i was cuss everybody out whenever her name come up.

Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 2:And you do. And you have. And you don't stop.

Speaker 3:No.

Speaker 1:Nope.

Speaker 4:It's just like, I'm not going to let that, you know, it's just certain things you can't, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 3:What? No, he's not. And fuck you. You know what I'm saying? That's what I be on. Love, Cynthia.

Speaker 2:That's why we love you. But love is lost between Portia and Lulu. Doesn't on the bus.

Speaker 4:Look, Portia. Her fur, didn't she? With that navy and pumpkin houndstooth.

Speaker 3:With that crystal fox fur, she looked good as fuck. Portia looked good.

Speaker 2:She looked great. Portia's fashion on the trip has been excellent.

Speaker 3:Nailed it.

Speaker 4:Portia's had a great season this Ultimate Girls trip. This is one of the best Portia showings in her portfolio.

Speaker 3:Of Bravo work.

Speaker 4:Her participation and her appearance on this Ultimate Girls trip.

Speaker 2:Yes.

Speaker 3:This is peak Portia.

Speaker 2:Agreed. 100%.

Speaker 1:She brought the youthfulness, the comedy, and like you even said last week, so we saw this week, she got at her and pulled back a little bit because when.

Speaker 2:She was talking to her.

Speaker 4:I've been spinning your ass this whole damn trip.

Speaker 3:And then she was like, keep being mean to me, Luann.

Speaker 4:She was launching into Atlanta Portia But then I think she looked up and she pulled back. She did it again this time in the bus.

Speaker 3:I wanted to keep going.

Speaker 2:I mean, I did too low-key. The thing is this.

Speaker 4:Luann wasn't scared. No, Luann was like, let's do it then. She was like, let's do it. You know, she went into that mode.

Speaker 3:So come on then. You bad. Let's go. Let's go, Gregory Hines.

Speaker 2:See you.

Speaker 3:See you. The Nicholas sister. You know what I'm saying? But nah, you know.

Speaker 2:Not Alvin Ailey.

Speaker 3:Bob Posse. Yeah, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 2:Single ladies.

Speaker 3:Oh, for real.

Speaker 2:I caught what you dropped. I caught it.

Speaker 3:Inspirational.

Speaker 2:Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 3:So, yeah. But, yeah. You know.

Speaker 1:Yeah.

Speaker 3:Luann was ready to put on the show.

Speaker 4:And Portia was, too. So, they had a nice little tussle. But then they brought it back. This is not a show where, listen, it's a limited series. It's of no purpose to create a long, lengthy B for one of them. Resolution on this show needs to be present in the confrontation.

Speaker 3:Like, y'all need to wrap this shit up. If y'all get into an argument, y'all.

Speaker 4:Need to make up in that same scene or day on this, on this, on the ultimate girl strip. This ain't the place for no season long beef. You know what I'm saying? Y'all need to be having fun. And I think the ladies did just that. This is, this is a great, they picked the right cast because these ladies are delivered.

Speaker 1:No, they really, they really did. And I literally have no notes from who they, who they chosen. Next week, Dustin is the finale. They're at the Berkshires, you know, with Dorenda.

Speaker 2:My favorite part is going to see Andy in the middle.

Speaker 3:Yes, Dorinda. Heather and Lisa, that was, right? Yes. Yes, yep. He looks stressed out. My boy looks stressed, man. He looks stressed out. Yeah. He's like, damn, even here? Shit. Yeah.

Speaker 2:You know, he wanted it to be celebratory.

Speaker 1:So to know that the reunion type of behavior is what he's faced with. And I think it was Portia who said something like, I'm not in front of our boss or something.

Speaker 2:I cannot wait to see that.

Speaker 4:All I could see was him in the middle of Nene and Kim's hands when they was going.

Speaker 3:Go on, we gone, go on, bye, bye.

Speaker 4:It looked just like that. I know he was like, damn, I'm right back in the middle of this shit. And Heather, taller than him. So, yeah, he kind of was like.

Speaker 2:You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 3:Like, ooh, you know what I'm saying? She was leaning.

Speaker 2:No, I can't wait to see that.

Speaker 3:Me either. And the Berkshires, right? I can't wait to see the Berkshires.

Speaker 4:Dorinda, me and Carlos want to come have lunch.

Speaker 2:Well, don't say that because she'll do it.

Speaker 1:Not that I wouldn't go, but I'm saying if you want to go.

Speaker 3:Me and Carlos want to go to the Berkshires and have lunch with Dorinda.

Speaker 2:All I have to do is.

Speaker 3:We should go film that. We should go kick it with Dorinda at the Berkshires.

Speaker 2:That should be like a cute little.

Speaker 3:Let's do a fall so we can wear our shit. You know what I'm saying? We can be layered up when we go. Okay.

Speaker 2:Sorry, Mandy and Claudia. I do love y'all.

Speaker 3:I love you so much.

Speaker 1:But Justin and I will do a special reality after dark at Dorinda's house. Because Dorinda gets down with the conversation.

Speaker 4:And I would love nothing more than to volley back and forth with her in a racy conversation and talk shit.

Speaker 3:I would love that. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Let's do it. I'm down. Let's go to the Berkshires. Clip, let's go. Let's go. Clip, let's go, man.

Speaker 2:Jamie, remind me to call Dorinda.

Speaker 3:Don't make me call Dorinda.

Speaker 2:Dorinda.

Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 2:Make it nice.

Speaker 3:Yes, make it nice. You got to make it nice, you know.

Speaker 2:Have to come with a gift.

Speaker 3:Oh, multiple. Multiple. What you mean?

Speaker 4:We're going to definitely pay reverence to the house. You know what I'm saying? We're definitely going to show our respect with gifts.

Speaker 3:Let's do it.

Speaker 2:I can't stop thinking about this.

Speaker 3:I'm going to have a whole cornucopia just holding it, offering it. He just offered it.

Speaker 2:He would love you, by the way. You're her type of guy.

Speaker 3:Yep. I would love that. Let's do it. Let's go to the Berkshire.

Speaker 2:Yes. She's a good time.

Speaker 3:I'm going to dress like I'm going on Traders. That's the vice. We should. The mood board, Carlos. Yes. That's our mood board. Traders.

Speaker 2:We should.

Speaker 1:Yep.

Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 2:Well, Dustin, you got.

Speaker 3:Creative geniuses over here.

Speaker 2:I got the work to do.

Speaker 3:That's a duo. We're going to come up. We're going to ideate. Yes.

Speaker 2:So, Randall, let us know if y'all want to see that.

Speaker 1:That's a special reality after dark edition with Dustin and Carlos.

Speaker 2:Go and see Dorenda the Berkshires. And we're going to make it nice with Dorenda.

Speaker 4:Hell yeah, we are. And I'm going to be 100% my... You know, it's going to be the same.

Speaker 2:So, she is going to... I can't wait.

Speaker 3:Yep. I can't wait.

Speaker 2:She's cool as shit.

Speaker 3:Yep.

Speaker 2:Let's do that shit, Carlos. And she's a talker.

Speaker 3:Yes. My kind of people.

Speaker 1:I'd be like, Dorenda, girl. Dorenda would be like, Last story. I did her radio show with Kiki Monique. Mm-hmm. I felt so bad for Kiki Monique. Kiki Monique, if you're watching, you know I'm not lying. I felt so bad for Kiki Monique because Dorinda took over the.

Speaker 2:Entire segment with me and said, I have more questions for Carla.

Speaker 1:Hey, Kiki said.

Speaker 3:Okay, Dorinda. And it was Dustin. It was me and Dorinda.

Speaker 2:It was like, yeah, girl.

Speaker 3:She was like, so what do you think about this first?

Speaker 2:And I'm like, well, girl, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3:Let's run it. You know I'm with all that shit. Let's run it. Okay, okay. I'll do everything.

Speaker 2:Let's do it.

Speaker 3:Yep. All right.

Speaker 2:All right, so raindrops up. I have work to do.

Speaker 1:But also, listen, if you're watching us on Patreon, as you should, tonight, Dustin, myself, Blue.

Speaker 2:And Claudia will be on Monday Night Live.

Speaker 3:Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:I saw a tweet Dustin made, and I normally support my brother and repost his tweets. This particular one, I said, I'm not doing it because I don't want to get in trouble.

Speaker 3:My Twitter is LookAtDustin.

Speaker 4:If you're watching this, go on over there and search my name in the hashtag L-A-M-H, which stands for the show he created, Love and Marriage Huntsville. And you can see it's one of my most recent tweets, and you'll be able to hear the extended tweets version of that thought and those ideas tonight on Monday Night Live.

Speaker 2:Seven o'clock-ish.

Speaker 3:Can't wait. The talk is can't wait. Can't wait.

Speaker 2:So we'll see y'all tonight. Dustin, rest up. I'll see you tonight. Love you, man.

Speaker 3:Thank you, brother. Love you. Peace out.

Speaker 2:See you guys.
