Le ciel s’est noirci ce samedi 12 septembre à Nyarubara, à quelques kilomètres de Chanzu, dans le groupement de Jomba, en territoire de Rutshuru. Un engin de guerre a explosé, faisant sept morts et trois blessés. Tout est parti de la manipulation de l’engin de guerre non explosé. Une détonation a surpris les habitants de ce village, ce samedi vers 13 heures. Selon Célestin Byiringiro, habitant de Nyarubara, un bouvier poussé par l’ignorance a manipulé un engin explosif.
