Let's go! We heard you have live music here tonight. Slyšeli jsme, že tu dnes večer máte živou hudbu. Excellent, we’re in the mood for some jazz! Výborně, máme náladu na jazz! We’d like to sit in the lounge area. Rádi bychom seděli v salonku. Is smoking allowed here? Je zde povoleno kouření? Do we order at the table or at the bar? Objednáváme u stolu nebo u baru? Do you have any happy hour specials? Máte nějaké speciály happy hour?
Can I order a half pint? Mohu si objednat půllitr? Do you have a cocktail menu? Máte koktejlové menu? Is the cider sweet or dry? Je cider sladký nebo suchý? May I try a little taste of it? Můžu zkusit trochu ochutnat? I’ll take a gin and tonic with a lime. Vezmu si gin s tonikem s limetkou. Can you keep our tab open? Můžete nechat naši kartu otevřenou? Do you serve food here? We’d love some light snacks to share. Podáváte zde jídlo? Rádi bychom se podělili o nějaké lehké občerstvení.
The meat, cheese and pickles plate sounds perfect. Talíř s masem, sýrem a okurkou zní perfektně. We’ll take another round of drinks. Dáme si další kolo nápojů. We want to split a slice of the chocolate cake. Chceme rozdělit kousek čokoládového dortu. The music is a little loud, can we move to the patio? Hudba je trochu hlasitá, můžeme se přesunout na terasu? I’d like to pay the tab now. Rád bych teď zaplatil kartu. We’re so full, we should have skipped the dessert!
