Speaker 1:Ricky Lee and Tim on Nova. Who or what do you love that everybody else hates?

Speaker 2:Okay, I'm going to kick this off.

Speaker 1:I'm sure you will. 13, 24, 10 is our number at 10 past 8.

Speaker 2:Because I.

Speaker 3:We were talking about Ovaltinis the other day, a couple of weeks ago, and I was lucky enough that Ovaltinis heard that and they sent me some, right?

Speaker 1:Of course, because I was desperate for someone to mention them.

Speaker 3:I've got Ovaltinis in the office and I'm trying to, like.

Speaker 2:taste these, remember how good these are?

Speaker 1:And everyone's like.

Speaker 2:I hate them. They're dry. They're this, they're that. I love them. I'm happy that no one likes them because then they're just for me.

Speaker 1:I did ask to take a packet for the kids in your face. I mean, you obviously said yes.

Speaker 3:I was like, as in one tiny packet or a bag of them?

Speaker 1:You said yes, reluctantly.

Speaker 2:But I love them so much.

Speaker 1:There's so much else to put in your mouth, though. There's so many other things to eat.

Speaker 2:Yeah, but they're just such a good little, there's just a nostalgic thing there.

Speaker 1:I love it.

Speaker 2:I love it so much.

Speaker 1:I love pickles. Not everyone loves pickles. People take pickles off.

Speaker 2:Their bloody burgers. Give them to me.

Speaker 1:No, I love pickles. I love pickles. But I really love the tin of smoked mussels. Oh, yuck. Oh, my God. Oh, yuck. No, but no. They are so good and you feel like they cost like $ 1.

Speaker 4:50.

Speaker 1:You're like my dad.

Speaker 3:My dad eats those herrings, the pickled herrings in the jar. Oh, yum.

Speaker 4:No, no.

Speaker 1:What do you love or who do you love that everybody else hates? I mean, maybe you're the one that's into Rebel Wilson. Yeah. Good morning, Rebel. Even though she hates the Roselle Interchange so much. I've had to get a helicopter to work because of the traffic at the Roselle Interchange. But, you know, it's all good.

Speaker 4:I'm hearing very busy reports from the Roselle Interchange this morning.

Speaker 2:Should have got a chopper.

Speaker 3:Because I saw these posts on socials where people are, like, naming the celebrities that they love. even though most people kind of hate them. Like there's a lot of hatred or criticism around certain people. Like John Mayer, you know, he copped a bit of flack for his earlier years for being a little bit of a.

Speaker 2:Douche.

Speaker 4:He's on the new Remy Wolfe album, which is kind of like an endorsement because Remy Wolfe's very progressive and new and incredible.

Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 1:And, yeah, he does a track with her on the new album.

Speaker 2:But, I mean, that's the thing. He's worked on becoming a better person. He's still an incredible musician.

Speaker 3:I think it's important also to be able to, sometimes you can kind of hate the person, not be fond of the person, but I'm able to.

Speaker 2:Always separate that from their music.

Speaker 1:Or their work.

Speaker 3:I can enjoy someone's work if it's great and not necessarily, I can put my personal feelings about a person aside.

Speaker 1:Well, this is controversial, but I actually don't mind Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man.

Speaker 3:Oh.

Speaker 2:There you go. Do people hate him as Spider-Man?

Speaker 3:Like.

Speaker 1:Really? Like, crazily.

Speaker 3:Really?

Speaker 1:Didn't mind him.

Speaker 2:There we go.

Speaker 1:Quite liked him.

Speaker 3:Another celebrity that people have been hating on a lot is Katy Perry.

Speaker 2:She's been copying it a lot lately.

Speaker 1:She really has.

Speaker 3:But fans are just saying, leave her alone. She's just a pop star living her life. Gwyneth Paltrow. She's received a lot of hatred.

Speaker 2:Over the years.

Speaker 1:I don't listen to that. I block that out.

Speaker 2:There you go.

Speaker 1:You love her. Why do people hate her? I don't know.

Speaker 4:Maybe.

Speaker 2:I don't know why people hate her.

Speaker 3:I think it was just the whole goop thing really rubbed people up the wrong way, maybe.

Speaker 1:Here's some goop trivia for you. You know why she called it goop?

Speaker 3:Because G and P are her initials and like Google and like one word brands.

Speaker 4:Yahoo.

Speaker 1:No, it was in the tech world. They said that multiple O's like Google and Yahoo were really good, so she called it goop.

Speaker 3:Goop.

Speaker 4:Yep.

Speaker 2:And look at her go.

Speaker 1:Get yourself a little candle.

Speaker 2:Will Smith. People love Will Smith even though.

Speaker 1:Do they?

Speaker 3:Yeah.

Speaker 1:No one likes Will Smith. Sorry.

Speaker 2:People still love him. You love Tom Cruise even though he.

Speaker 1:He's the best.

Speaker 3:He was very rude to our Peter Overton and our Nicole Kidman.

Speaker 1:You love him. Let's go to Hornsby, Rachel.

Speaker 4:What are you loving that everybody else hates?

Speaker 1:Plastic spoons, plastic sports, plastic straws, takeaway cups.

Speaker 3:LAUGHTER Because ain't nobody got time for a straw that's just disintegrated in your drink. I hate them.

Speaker 1:Hey, Rachel, I bet you even like microplastics.

Speaker 3:Yep, bring it.

Speaker 4:You know everyone's on microplastics now.

Speaker 2:Yep, chugging in the microwave. Let's go.

Speaker 1:Let's go to Mascot. Hey, Shelley. Hey, how you doing? What are you loving that everyone else hates?

Speaker 4:I'm a bit of a weirdo, but I love going back to work after the holidays.

Speaker 3:Oh, really?

Speaker 1:No, so do I. You're like Tim. I'm with you, Shelley.

Speaker 3:Workaholic shame.

Speaker 1:That's it. Shame me to this desk.

Speaker 2:Oh, FOMO.

Speaker 4:Which one?

Speaker 1:Let's go to Narrabeen. Steph, what are you loving that everyone else hates? I love black pudding. Yes, I am. Oh, really?

Speaker 3:Yeah. Yes.

Speaker 2:I can do a little bit of it.

Speaker 3:The ingredients are, they just don't want to even try it.

Speaker 1:No, it's so good though, isn't it? It just has that texture. It just falls apart in your mouth like blood.

Speaker 3:Yes.
