Speaker 2:Right?
Speaker 3:We'll need a lot more.
Speaker 4:Than that, I miss Jean, Join me on a trip to Discovery Mountain, where the air is clear, clear enough.
Speaker 2:To hear your imagination, and where every day is an exercise in faith. Join me for today's expedition. In our last episode, Addison and Cyrus took Natalia to the hospital for her stomach ache. It's a windy morning in Discovery and Natalia and Addison are still at the hospital. Check on them and see how they're doing. It's a busy day. The Harvest Festival and the Music Paloosa are both scheduled for tonight. Can the Harvest Festival go on against such a big event happening right next door? We'll find out, but first we'll exercise our faith. Let's head over to the hospital for today's episode called His Song.
Speaker 5:Good morning, Nataliah, Doctor Scott Smith.
Speaker 6:Hi, how are you feeling this morning?
Speaker 7:Okay? I think so? I really slept at the hospital. I thought it was a dream.
Speaker 8:It wasn't a dream, am I okay?
Speaker 7:I Tellia? Are you all right?
Speaker 9:Addison?
Speaker 8:You stayed all night?
Speaker 7:Of course? Natalia? How are you? I feel a bit better.
Speaker 5:A bit, that's good. May I press on your tummy while there's Ken take your temperature?
Speaker 10:Yes, Natalia, your mom's working on a flight to come home tonight.
Speaker 5:She called me this morning. She found a flight.
Speaker 7:It's too bad about her trip.
Speaker 5:Your stomach didn't hurt when I press on it, Natalia.
Speaker 7:No, it felt okay.
Speaker 8:Temperature is ninety eight point six degrees normal, no.
Speaker 10:Fever, no pain except yes, I feel a little bit hungry.
Speaker 7:Hungry.
Speaker 8:That's good, right, that's a really good sign. I'll see what we have in the Narses station for some breakfast snacks.
Speaker 5:Okay, Natalia, you can arrest a little bit moral right, Okay, Addison, I think she's just fine. We'll just keep her here for a few more hours for observation.

Speaker 7:What do you do to tell the difference?
Speaker 9:Do nothing?
Speaker 5:You watch, wait and observe.
Speaker 10:Waiting isn't easy. This is my first time overnight babysitting.
Speaker 5:Well, it's been memorable, then, hasn't it?

Speaker 9:That wind is really picking up.
Speaker 7:That was scary.

We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you. Amen, Now what Father, God will answer my son, o King.

Speaker 1:The battle is not yours, but God's.
Speaker 14:The battle is not ours but God. Yes, please continue.
Speaker 17:The Lord says, tomorrow, go down against them. They will come up by the ascent of Zizz and you will find them in the wilderness of Tacoah.
Speaker 9:God gave us the enemy location. King, I'll ready the troops.
Speaker 14:Just wait, Captain, Let's hear the rest of God's instructions.
Speaker 1:You will not need to fight in this battle.
Speaker 9:Not need to fight.
Speaker 1:This is preposterous.
Speaker 17:Position yourselves, God says, and stand still. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord who is with you.
Speaker 1:Do not fear or be dismayed.
Speaker 17:Tomorrow, go out against them.
Speaker 14:The Lord is with you, Jeheziel. Is that the word of the Lord, Yes, o, King, People of Judah. God has heard our prayer. Let's give him thanks and praise. God will fight for us.
Speaker 1:Praise to the Lord. Father. God answered our prayer. I could never have expected this.
Speaker 16:No, God has answered so unexpectedly.
Speaker 1:People of Judah. Tomorrow we will go out to the enemy.
Speaker 14:And if not to fight, then what God said we should stand still, He will fight. We shall go and see what God will do.
Speaker 19:Praise the Lord for his mercy endures forever.
Speaker 14:Your praise is music to God's ears. Tomorrow we go out singing.
Speaker 7:Father, the King heard you singing.
Speaker 1:Oh, I don't think so.
Speaker 16:I think he did singing.
Speaker 14:This is our battle song. I praise be to God. Rest Now tomorrow we see what God has done for us.
Speaker 9:Father.
Speaker 1:This man who spoke for the Lord.
Speaker 14:Was the prophet jehezi.
Speaker 1:Oh, do you believe him.
Speaker 14:He is a true prophet and has spoken the Lord's word in due season? I have no reason not to believe him. Now I don't know, my son. Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established. Believe his prophets and you shall prosper. And if I don't, Son, God does not force anyone to follow him. It is your choice. But if you do not, your reign shall be very different from mine.
Speaker 1:Yes, Father, I will reign differently.
Speaker 14:From you, my son. I pray follow after God with your whole heart.
Speaker 1:Perhaps, Father, perhaps.
Speaker 14:Lord go with Jehoram help him to believe.
Speaker 1:Elan.
Speaker 6:I'm leaving now.
Speaker 1:Father, I want to come with you. Then arise at once and quietly. Don't wake your mother.
Speaker 16:Oh I'm awake. God go with you both.
Speaker 1:Father. Are you scared? Not anymore? Son? You were afraid. I was, but God answered our prayer. I was afraid too, I didn't know what would happen.
Speaker 15:Being afraid is okay. When we follow God, even when we don't know what will happen. Well, that's courage. Courage, Yes, Elan. Look, a group has gathered to go out.
Speaker 14:WHOA this morning, we will go out to the wilderness of Takotah. Captain your army.
Speaker 9:We are going out, my king. If we are not to fight.
Speaker 14:Yes, we will go out and see what God will do for us.
Speaker 9:All right, I shall prepare to lead.
Speaker 14:No, the singers will go first. Now you me, yes, Vaniel, is it not? Yes, O King, you have a strong voice. Does your son also sing?
Speaker 1:No, Dad, yes, my king.
Speaker 14:Please Vaniel and Elan Elan lead us with singing.
Speaker 15:Well, uh, all right, please right up front.
Speaker 3:Have your swords ready, just in case we don't know yet if we can believe the word of the prophet.
Speaker 9:Yes, Judge, I understand.
Speaker 1:Now we will see if we can truly.
Speaker 14:Believe, then you will begin.
Speaker 19:Prays the Lord for his mercy endures forever.
Speaker 1:Praise the Lord.
Speaker 20:For his mercy endures forever.
Speaker 13:The people of Judah, the King and Judah's army traveled through the wilderness, the wilderness where God had told them the enemy army would be Ray's.
Speaker 19:The Lord for his mercy endures forever.
Speaker 21:Stand still, Look, Dado, the enemies. Who are they fighting? They seem to be fighting each other.
Speaker 14:God has set an ambush for them.
Speaker 1:It's all happening, just as God told us of what.
Speaker 14:Their battle is over this way to the lookout. It can't be over lookout. What do you see.
Speaker 3:The enemy has defeated themselves.
Speaker 1:Have any survived? God fought for us.
Speaker 3:I can't believe it, Oh King, I doubted that God would fight for us, that we only had to sing.
Speaker 14:I am sure that others also doubted Asmel.
Speaker 3:But now now I believe God has protected his people Judah. Praise the Lord for his mercy endures forever.
Speaker 14:Jehoram, Jehoram, Your son is gone, my king, even now he doesn't believe. Perhaps one day, King, perhaps.
Speaker 18:King, the enemies have left valuable items on the field below.
Speaker 14:Let us collect the valuables God has provided for us.
Speaker 17:Follow me, father, I will never forget this. No, son, don't forget. Let's gather from the spoils of victory and return to your mother and sister.
Speaker 19:Praise the Lord.
Speaker 20:For his mercy and tws forever.
Speaker 4:Are you still listening along to our Bible story.
Speaker 2:Well good, we'll take a short break and hear the conclusion. Right after this, let's head back to our Bible story.
Speaker 16:Eliara, please come inside. The evening meal is nearly ready.
Speaker 1:I'll find your mother.
Speaker 16:It's not like your sister. She's normally so helpful.
Speaker 20:I'll go and see. Oh, here she is. Now Mother, she has someone with her.
Speaker 19:Ah, Oh, Mother, Ellen, we have a guest for the evening meal.
Speaker 14:If it's not too much trouble.
Speaker 16:Please, Oh King, it is an honor.
Speaker 1:King Jehosaphat remembered our invitation.
Speaker 14:Your kindness was overshadowed by the Moabite and the Ammonite attack.
Speaker 16:Please, King, the head of the table is yours.
Speaker 15:Maniel we insist Elan, will you pray thanking God for our meal?
Speaker 20:Yes, Father, let's pray, Dear Lord, thank you for your provision for this meal and for protecting Judah from the amen.
Speaker 7:Amen.
Speaker 14:You pray with a heart full of faith. Elen.
Speaker 1:Yes, so, King, we will pray for our king and our future.
Speaker 5:King.
Speaker 16:May I serve you some greens?
Speaker 14:Yes? Please?
Speaker 1:What's next for Judah?
Speaker 14:A continued time of peace and prosperity. God willing.
Speaker 16:I believe God is willing.
Speaker 14:God attended to our needs in unexpected ways.
Speaker 9:Pray is the Lord.
Speaker 19:For his mercy. Induce forever.
Speaker 14:The battle song? What a joy?
Speaker 1:Always, chaplain Jake.
Speaker 13:They just sang, they did, and God set the Moabites against the Ammonites, and the Ammonites against the Moabites.
Speaker 1:But how well God worked it? All out. Juda never had to fight. The armies attacked one another.
Speaker 6:They just sang while an enemy army was approaching. That's the bravest thing I've heard.
Speaker 1:It takes a lot.
Speaker 13:Of faith to let go and trust God to fight for you.
Speaker 10:Oh, like we've been doing with the Harvest Festival and the music Balooza.
Speaker 1:Exactly.
Speaker 10:Addison, well, I have to miss the Harvest Festival now that I'm in the hospital.
Speaker 7:I don't know, Natalia.
Speaker 10:Let's just worry about you getting all better. Okay, okay, what was that?
Speaker 6:The power just went out?
Speaker 8:It's okay. We have a backup generator. The power will cycle back on in a minute.
Speaker 6:What caused the outage?
Speaker 1:Just look outside, Wow, the.
Speaker 13:Trees are really moving back and forth in the wind.
Speaker 11:Oh and look big branches on the grass. One might have blown over a power line.
Speaker 1:Very well, could have. You will not need to fight this battle.
Speaker 7:Hey, that's from the Bible story.
Speaker 1:Yeah, God fought for Judah. Is he fighting for Discovery Mountain too?
Speaker 6:Fighting? How well?
Speaker 1:With those wins?
Speaker 8:It could impact the music Paloosa event.
Speaker 6:Do you have to tie down the equipment?
Speaker 1:Worse yet?
Speaker 8:When can be a safety issue, especially for tall stage pieces.
Speaker 11:Why for tall stage pieces, Well, they could topple over and break something on stage, or worse than that, they could hurt somebody.
Speaker 7:Oh that would be bad.
Speaker 8:Hey, the generator cycled on Adison.
Speaker 7:I wasn't even scared. Oh couldn't I tellia?
Speaker 16:But if I was, I know what to do?
Speaker 7:And what's that sing?
Speaker 4:Meanwhile? Over in Grizzly Mountain?
Speaker 19:Check?
Speaker 22:Oh this mic still isn't working. Hello you in the sound Get somebody out here to work on this. Oh ah, nice a wave, great, I'd rather hear you.
Speaker 1:Oh no, no, no, no.
Speaker 22:The back corner of the staging just blew right over. The Safety Commission is not going to like.
Speaker 1:This at all.
Speaker 22:Oh not at.
Speaker 4:All, Oh, Director Doug.
Speaker 2:The wind seems to be causing problems in both Discovery and Grizzly.
Speaker 23:Yeah, but in Discovery I think it will be a minor inconvenience.
Speaker 2:But in Grizzly the wind could be a big problem.
Speaker 23:It might mean that the music Polosa will have to be canceled.
Speaker 2:Just like the people of Judah, the people of Discovery chose not to fight but to trust in God.
Speaker 23:Well, God seems to be answering their prayer.
Speaker 4:God's promise to Judah powerful.
Speaker 1:Oh yes, in second Chronicles.
Speaker 2:Verse seventeen, you will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord who is with you. Oh, Judah and Jerusalem, do not fear or be dismayed. Tomorrow, go out against them, for the Lord is with you.
Speaker 23:Standing still or singing are not our natural ways to want to fight.
Speaker 1:No, they're not.
Speaker 2:And so this was a way to show the people that God was fighting not them.
Speaker 23:Well, in our next episode, it's festival time.
Speaker 6:Will the music Pelosa happen?
Speaker 4:And what about the harvest festival?
Speaker 9:Oh, we'll find out next time.
