[SPEAKER_00]: To whoever this may impact, sometimes our lives have to be completely shaken up, changed, and rearranged to relocate as we were really meant to be. [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes, change feels like loss, transformation is scary, and sometimes, to discover the best versions of ourselves, we must let go of absolutely everything that's holding us down. [SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to our mystery, your new safe space. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to form a part of your healing journey.
[SPEAKER_00]: We often get stuck in the grind, we give, we give, and we give some more. [SPEAKER_00]: And somewhere, along the way, we forget to ask ourselves, if we're receiving enough and return, enough joy, enough recognition, enough peace of mind. [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we settle for less, because we don't believe we're worthy of more. [SPEAKER_00]: What if I told you that you are, that you deserve more? [SPEAKER_00]: More could be more time for yourself, more appreciation, more opportunity to explore your potential.
[SPEAKER_00]: It could even mean more love in your life, whether that's from a partner, friends, family, or from yourself. [SPEAKER_00]: It is so easy to a cut-up in a comparison. [SPEAKER_00]: You scroll through social media. [SPEAKER_00]: You see the highlight reals up other people's lives. [SPEAKER_00]: And before you know it, you start thinking that everyone else has a figure out except for you. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like the world is constantly whispering.
[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what? [SPEAKER_00]: It's a lie. [SPEAKER_00]: You are enough. [SPEAKER_00]: But sometimes we forget to see it. [SPEAKER_00]: It's started by reframing how we think about worth. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not about having the perfect drop, the perfect body, or the perfect relationship. [SPEAKER_00]: But as about recognizing your inherent value, your worthier respect, kindness, and the kind of treatment that makes you feel good about yourself.
[SPEAKER_00]: you have to be the one to set that standard. [SPEAKER_00]: People will treat you as you treat yourself. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're constantly sacrificing your needs, constantly putting everyone else first, that will become the norm. [SPEAKER_00]: But if you start to show yourself that you deserve more, more care, more attention, and more joy, you will attract more of that into your life. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about the fear, the fear of asking for more, of wanting more.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's real. [SPEAKER_00]: So many of us have been conditioned to believe that asking for more is selfish. [SPEAKER_00]: wanting more doesn't make you selfish. [SPEAKER_00]: It makes you human. [SPEAKER_00]: When was the last time that you asked for more? [SPEAKER_00]: When was the last time that you asked for what you needed? [SPEAKER_00]: Really needed. [SPEAKER_00]: Not just what you thought that you would be satisfied with, but what truly nourishes your heart and soul.
[SPEAKER_00]: It can be tough to even acknowledge what that is. [SPEAKER_00]: It can feel vulnerable to express your needs, whether that's in a relationship or work, or in your personal life. [SPEAKER_00]: The truth is, no one can give you what you need on this that you ask for it. [SPEAKER_00]: you deserve to be heard. [SPEAKER_00]: You deserve to have your needs met, set boundaries. [SPEAKER_00]: This one is huge. [SPEAKER_00]: Setting boundaries isn't just about saying no to others.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is about saying yes to yourself, saying no to the things that drain you. [SPEAKER_00]: The things that take away from your energy and your time. [SPEAKER_00]: Say yes to the things that bring you peace and fulfillment. [SPEAKER_00]: Take time for yourself. [SPEAKER_00]: Stop waiting for the perfect moment to take care of you. [SPEAKER_00]: The perfect moment is now. [SPEAKER_00]: Whether it's [SPEAKER_00]: And afternoon walk, we're simply taking a few minutes to meditate, prioritize your well-being, communicate your needs.
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't be afraid to ask what you need, whether that's emotional support, more responsibility at work, we're just a little more time for yourself. [SPEAKER_00]: Be clear and direct, and remember that your needs are just as important as anyone else's. [SPEAKER_00]: Celebrate your wins. [SPEAKER_00]: You are your own biggest cheerleader. [SPEAKER_00]: Celebrate the small victories. [SPEAKER_00]: The moments where you showed up for yourself, the moments when you put your wall being first, the moment you celebrate yourself, the more that you celebrate yourself, the more that you'll attract more, you deserve.
[SPEAKER_00]: Taking small actions every day to ensure that you're not settling for less, that you're treating yourself with the respect and love that you deserve. [SPEAKER_00]: This is how you create a life that feels fulfilling. [SPEAKER_00]: We often feel guilty for wanting more, because we think it means we're taking from others, but guess what? [SPEAKER_00]: The more you feel your own cup, the more you'll have to give to others. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not selfish, it's essential.
[SPEAKER_00]: When you feel that little voice inside saying that you're not deserving, just remind yourself that you are, you're worthy of everything you desire. [SPEAKER_00]: And then some don't apologize for wanting more. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't shrink your dreams or limit yourself because of fear or guilt. [SPEAKER_00]: You deserve more, because you are enough. [SPEAKER_00]: Make a choice to believe in your worth, ask for more, take more, and know that you are more than enough.
[SPEAKER_00]: And remember, you deserve the very best that lie a task to offer. [SPEAKER_00]: You have to be the one to set that standard. [SPEAKER_00]: You're constantly sacrificing your needs, constantly putting everyone else first, that will become the norm. [SPEAKER_00]: But if you start to show yourself that you deserve more, more care, more attention, more joy. [SPEAKER_00]: You'll attract more of that into your life. [SPEAKER_00]: When you're recognizing your worth, others will start to recognize it too.
[SPEAKER_00]: Not because you demanded, but because you're no longer willing to settle for less. [SPEAKER_00]: You stop tolerating situations for people that make you feel small. [SPEAKER_00]: For many of us, there's this underlying fear that asking for more will make you seem demanding or ungrateful. [SPEAKER_00]: But think about it for a second. [SPEAKER_00]: If you ask for more of what you truly need, it's in that form of self-respect, it's in that showing that you value yourself enough to claim what you need for your well-being.
[SPEAKER_00]: It might feel uncomfortable at first, but every time that you ask for more, it becomes a little easier. [SPEAKER_00]: And over time, you'll start to realize that asking for what you need isn't a sign of weakness. [SPEAKER_00]: It is a sign of strength. [SPEAKER_00]: One of the biggest barriers to getting more is something called this scarcity mindset. [SPEAKER_00]: Is this believed that there isn't enough to go around, that if someone else gets what they want or need, it means they're less for you.
[SPEAKER_00]: Isn't that a zero-sum game? [SPEAKER_00]: There's an abundance of opportunities. [SPEAKER_00]: Love, success, and joy to go around. [SPEAKER_00]: And just because someone else is driving doesn't mean that you can't drive too. [SPEAKER_00]: How many times have you held yourself back because you felt like there wasn't enough space for you to shine? [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you've turned down an opportunity. [SPEAKER_00]: State-quiet in meetings were even held back your creativity because you were afraid of taking too much space.
[SPEAKER_00]: But you deserve to take up space. [SPEAKER_00]: You deserve to shine as brightly as you can, and there's more than enough room for you and everyone else to succeed. [SPEAKER_00]: The world is in limited. [SPEAKER_00]: There's a place for your talents, your voice, and your dreams. [SPEAKER_00]: We often believe that we need to be perfect before we can ask for more. [SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing, perfection doesn't exist, your flaws, your imperfections, and your unique journey are exactly what makes you worthy of more.
[SPEAKER_00]: Embrace who you are now. [SPEAKER_00]: Not some idealized version of yourself in the future. [SPEAKER_00]: Self-love is in just about bubble baths, and treating yourself to your favorite snock. [SPEAKER_00]: It is about how you treat yourself every single day. [SPEAKER_00]: It's about being kind to yourself when you make mistakes. [SPEAKER_00]: being patient with yourself during tough times, and setting the kind of standards that make you feel proud of who you are.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's about understanding that you deserve more. [SPEAKER_00]: Not because of what you do, but because of who you are. [SPEAKER_00]: When you love yourself deeply, you start to attract relationships, opportunities, and situations that reflect that love. [SPEAKER_00]: You stop settling for less because you know that you deserve better. [SPEAKER_00]: And as you rise your own standards, you teach others how to raise their suit. [SPEAKER_00]: Your value is in defined by how much you give.
[SPEAKER_00]: How hard you work. [SPEAKER_00]: or how little you ask for. [SPEAKER_00]: It's defined by who you are and the unique gifts you're bringing to the world. [SPEAKER_00]: You deserve more, not because of anything that you've done, but simply because you are. [SPEAKER_00]: So today, make a choice to believe in your worth. [SPEAKER_00]: Ask for more, take more, and know that you are more than enough. [SPEAKER_00]: And remember, you deserve the very best that life has to offer.
