Speaker 1:Weird things happened in.
Speaker 2:Weird Weird Welcome.
Speaker 1:To Blood, so said, So, everybody, I'm just in a in a good mood. I've been, uh really trying to like get a hold of my day to day and just get back on my feet. You know, my wife just started work two weeks ago, so you know, the three month maternity leave cycle is over, and we're just kind of like being forced to evolve into a new phase. And I'm I'm really just trying to like not let it grind me down and like stay on top of it. And I'm feeling pretty optimistic. I'm feeling good before we get too deep into night's topic, which is one that is, you know, just something I love talking about and I think it's important, especially relating to the phenomenon, because even though I don't talk about the phenomenon literally every week, the greater purpose of Bledsoe said, so has always been I don't always talk about this, and I do every now and then, and I just keep going and I put my head down and I and I read and I study and I sharpen my mind and then I come back every week and I try to like keep people informed while somewhat being entertained, although to me it is more about the informing part. But I don't always
Speaker 1:talk about my purpose, but my purpose is to relate, you know, the broader understanding of the phenomenon, you know, the beings that my family is known for seeing to the spiritual traditions. And it's been nineteen and a half, you know, going on twenty years that we've been one of the most well known, well documented and as they have always said, credible UFO cases in the world. And I got to tell you, you know, being on the other side of the curtain for more than half of my life, now it was something regarding the spiritual tradition. Rather, it was something that was always shunned and mocked and reviled.
Speaker 1:And now because of the work of my father and my family and his message and which was the message of the beings that they gave him, it's kind of like mainstream it's being discussed by the White House that this phenomenon is spiritual, which is something that we have fought tooth and nail for almost twenty years to help people to realize because you know, in the early days of our happenings, our experiences, we were reviled by the religious world for being demonic, and we were reviled by the quote UFO world for being religious. And we've always just kind of walked our own path in between worlds, never really fitting in. And I've always maintained, yes, the UFO phenomenon is spiritual, it's angelic, it's benevolent and divine, and it's God. And we've always talked to you know, kind of the religious world that like, angels are not what you think, they can be UFOs and the phenomenon can be one and the same. And then to the UFO world, we've always said, no, you guys are wrong, and in fact you're lying. It is spiritual, it is consciousness, and it is divine. And now all of those worlds are having to come to terms with what we were
Speaker 1:saying out in the wilderness, you know, twenty years ago. So my greater purpose for this show, even though I'm not talking about the phenomenon all the time, is to dissect the undercurrent of the universal spiritual tradition and build a web of how the esoteric mysteries of God and consciousness are connected across many cultures over a vast span of millennia. Even you know, going back to before the flood, and how the traditions relate to the pathway for the awakening of the human soul and making conscious contact with the phenomenon and being able to do things such as have a relationship with God in a meaningful way and see orbs, which are you know, divine entities. These orbs.
Speaker 1:For a lot of people when they're new to this, they appear far away. But they are not just craft. They're not vehicles. They are beings. They're higher dimensional beings that vibrat at a certain rate that causes them to appear as if they are, you know, a ball of light or a ball of plasma. But I've seen many times, time and time again, these these entities very close projecting from orbs. I've seen orbs in the home. I've seen them at ground level in my yard. I've seen glowing white entities run by. I've had them touch me physically, and I mean they don't have you know, a physical form.
Speaker 1:It was energy, but I could feel energy pulsing through my body as they touch me. I've had a kind of a close dynamic these beings since I was a child. My whole family has, in fact, so my greater purpose here is to talk about, you know, the spiritual tradition as a whole. So that's why tonight I wanted to talk about the initiatic tradition and as it relates to you know, the hermetic mysteries, but also just the broader uh tradition of you know, the Atlanta mystery schools, which is not that different from what I've been talking about already for a few months. Before I go too far, I do want to give a very special shout out and thank you to our supporters of the Light Being Tier.
Speaker 1:We have our two folks who want to continue to remain anonymous. We have a new supporter, Mikayla, and I am so sorry if I get this wrong the first time. Please send me a message if I do. But Mikayla Pourier, did.
Speaker 3:I get that right? Alex?
Speaker 1:Like we discussed Poorier, we have Brian Lynch, we have Derek Longoria. We have the Epersons. Did I miss anybody?
Speaker 3:Nope?
Speaker 1:Oh thank god, I would have been in trouble.
Speaker 3:Okay, so Brian persons.
Speaker 1:And yeah and two anonymous yes, I should say, even though they are married. A couple of the ever since Chris and Daniel, you know they deserve to be mentioned. So thank you to those those individuals for supporting us at that tier. And then I want to just give a broad thank you to everyone who supports our show and uh in any way possible, whether it's watching, whether it's listening, whether it's just following along and spreading the word about what we're doing, and you know, just trying to help us get out there into the world, because you know, we really are trying to help people understand this this greater question.
Speaker 3:Of you know, what is God?
Speaker 1:What is the phenomenon?
Speaker 3:What is reality?
Speaker 1:How does consciousness relate to this equation? And you know, if if you if you want to support our show, just check out our Patreon.
Speaker 3:It it goes a.
Speaker 1:Long way, and we truly appreciate appreciate it, so you know, we can continue to keep going. So tonight, I want to talk about the initiatic tradition, and the majority of what we discuss will be, you know, the hermetic tradition because I'm pretty much already almost done with the corpus or medicum. It's very small, and I think the thing about the hermetic tradition that is so important to understand is the writings are sparse, and a lot of it has been passed down orally for thousands of years through esoteric lodges and mystery schools. So the knowledge itself is inherent within writings such as the Corpus or Medicum and the Emerald Tablets, which again there are disputes about, like what's the legitimacy of that, although there is a historical translation by Isaac Newton as well as Helena Blovotsky who you know was the pretty much the founder of the school of Theosophy and the eighteen hundreds, and you know, there's some other translations out there, so it is a somewhat older text, at least spanning hundreds of years. I think the estimate of the Emerald Tablet was to be somewhere in the medieval era. But anyway, so the knowledge
Speaker 1:of the Hermetic law comes from a few different texts. But then, as I said, the information has passed down through esoteric initiation, So the idea behind her meticism. I don't think i've quite you know, covered this strictly.
Speaker 3:In a while.
Speaker 1:I've kind of talked more focused on actual texts from the Corpus Hermenicum but the notion of the Hermetic law is that there are seven universal principles and that it is the Prisa theologia, which is the prime ordeal tradition. So the idea is that Hermeticism is not a religion, but it is a way of thinking or a philosophy to understand consciousness, God, the universe, the human soul, and it's sort of like a blueprint for reality itself. So a lot of when you think of like occult magical traditions like Western esotericism, things such as the Greek magical papyri, even like Egyptian magic like Hekka, you know, using words to alter reality. I don't know if I copied it down for my notes tonight. There's an interesting segment and one of the texts that I had just read for tonight's episode of the Corpus Hermeticum that speaks of the mouth as a portal for God to you know, use to speak into reality. So the mouth of the human being is a portal. Very interesting. I don't think I copy that in my notes. But so you know, in the Egyptian system, which is where Hermeticism comes from, right, magic was understood as consciousness. It's like the force, and
Speaker 1:so when you think of the mind being God. So okay, let me let me back up. In the hermetic literature, there are seven universal laws, right, so you have I'm just gonna pull them out really quick. For some mysterious reason, I didn't write them.
Speaker 3:I've got a list here if you want it. Yeah, I do. Also got them right he mentalism, correspondence, vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect, and gender.
Speaker 1:Right, So the main corpus pun intended, is that there are these seven universal principles that govern reality. So like the first law mentalism, God is the mind, and all of the literature it continually places the aspect of the mind as being one with God, and it is even above the aspect of soul or numa or ether. And there's one part that I believe I did copy down that i'll read here in a little bit that speaks about like the physical body being of the cosmos, which is a physical emanation of God. So it's it's interesting because it describes the cosmos or the body of the universe as having emanated from the mind of God, as sort of a holographically emanate or projected portrayal of a body that sort of represents the aspects of God's psyche.
Speaker 1:So it's like it says in the text, like made in the image of God. So the cosmos is made in the image of the mind of God. But the cosmos is physical, it's a projected physical universe and it has eternal life. But then the human body is It says that the human body is projected in the image of the cosmos, which is projected in the image of God, or the One, or the mind or the all. They have all these different epithets, the invisible one, but the human mind is invisible and it is subtle and is made in the likeness and then the image of God the Creator. So again it's as above so below. It's that principle of correspondence. That's the second principle of the Hermetic laws. So the first principle is that everything is mind and it emanates from the mind of God. That's why where because we have a divine mind, which is our godlike aspect of our being, and we are the only living beings in this earth plane that have a mind that is projected in the image of the mind of God, that is the mind of a creator. So that's why we're we're like kind of up on the scale of intelligence compared to things such as animals, minerals,
Speaker 1:and vegetables. We're kind of on a different plane of reality. So we coexist in the physical, but we don't coexist in the mental in the same way. They're a little bit more primitive as far as their like divine aspect goes in their mind, because humans are the peak evolution of the physical creation before evolving to the next form and going non physical and then entering the ascent through the realms of the stars and on the journey through the spiritual worlds, according to the corpus or Medicum, which is something that we had read last week. So first law, everything comes from the mind of God. The second law is correspondence, or rather as above so below. So when you think of one mind holographically emanating every layer of reality into form through thought, there's a scale of existence that sort of continues to go lower and lower in grade, but every one of them are entangled, like you could think of like a spiral going infinitely up and infinitely down.
Speaker 1:So our body is like a tiny little fractal holographic rendering of how the physical cosmos is ordered into form by the thoughts of God. So like you have God, you have cosmos, you have human being, and then you know, you keep going down. Then we have like the cells in our body, and then we have like atoms, and there's the quantum layer, you know, and every perceivable and imperceivable level of emanation exists the Creator, which is what the eye in the triangle represents the witness consciousness. It is the eye of God or the eye of Providence that sees everything. It sees through every layer of reality, every layer of being. So God is in everything. God is in the air, God is in your breath, God is in your thoughts. God is in your emotions. God is in your heart, everything you know and in your actions.
Speaker 1:So and then the third, the third law vibration. Duh, they've already proved that with science. Everything in the physical universe, everything in the astral plane, everything in the spiritual world, everything is in vibration. It's in some level of motion. You know, we have invisible waves that are overlapping all around us all the time, sound light. You know that you have like radio waves, gamma waves, all these different kinds of waves that are just overlapping and in this little invisible world in your thoughts are waves, your emotions are waves, which you know, is like why it's important to walk this, this spiritual path or the way. Because the consciousness of Christ or you know, it's called many different things of many traditions, and Hinduism they would say probably Krishna, or in in Cashmiri Shaivism they would say Shiva the supreme being, or you know, et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker 1:That there's so many different words for this and so many traditions. But the notion of Christ that there is a being that is so God is the unmanifest and the manifest. It's everything and nothing, all of perceivable and imperceivable reality. But God is invisible, right, so then Christ would be this created being that is projected into the living world, living world being, the physical and non physical worlds.
Speaker 3:It is.
Speaker 1:It is the manifest God. Christ is the manifestation of God in in you know, all these different planes of existence. Is a being because God is not God is not a being. God is just being. It's all beings, every level of existence and creation and being reside within this one infinite point or zero point of consciousness, which is God.
Speaker 3:But Christ is like.
Speaker 1:That emanated aspect of that that actually operates throughout our universe, and many off, many times oftentimes has incarnated here on earth through different teachers and given us messages and teachings, and has lived their life in these great dramas so that we have their story to draw from and to aspire to reach the next level in our evolution of consciousness and understanding of the universe and how to reach God. So Christ is a being, an eternal being that is a wave length of consciousness. So when we're walking the path or the way and we're being spiritual, you can call it the way of the Heart, the way of light, the Way of the Spirit, the way above whatever, but it is just this eternal, universal truth of how a human being should live, to be within the will and the image of God. To be a portal for God to flow through into earth. You have to align your consciousness with Christ, with the frequency of Christ, which is, you know, the higher teachings, love, kindness, compassion, you know, spiritual universal principles, humility, grace, all that stuff that we talk about all the time. And this is the doorway
Speaker 1:to the phenomenon. These are the things that my dad has always taught me growing up. All I'm doing is being a nerd, and I'm looking at all these ancient texts and I'm finding I'm making I'm making a big web seeing how they're all connected. To present it and paint a picture in your mind of all these different avenues telling you the very same thing that my father has always taught me how to see the phenomenon. And throughout my childhood I had a hard time understanding a lot of this stuff. And now as a grown man, it's like, Okay, I understand now, so let me sort of figure this out from an ancient text perspective. So you have mentalism, correspondence, vibration, and then you have polarity, which is like polarity means so you know how Einstein he had that famous quote that was like I'm pretty sure it was Einstein that said cold is the absence of heat. They're basically the same thing. I'm pretty sure he said, like cold is the absence of heat, or darkness is the absence of light. So if you think about how those two things are entangled, you think of them as opposites, but really they're not. Light and dark
Speaker 1:are not opposite. They exist in a dance. They're codependent upon one another because you know, they're not necessarily separate, because for dark to exist, there has to be light, for cold to exist, there has to be heat. These opposites always have to exist because we live in a dual mode of existence, in a polarity and a duality rather, so there's a spectrum of existence whereupon opposite forces are entangled upon one another. So you you have to you have to understand that like that, that's just how reality works.
Speaker 1:So the human mind thinks of these things as all separate, but that's an illusion. And ultimately, in the grand big picture, these dualities are a paradox and all of these opposite forces are eventually reconciled in the big cosmic game. That's what I'm trying to say. So it's like the Chinese symbol of the yin yang. I know that's probably picking up in the microphone. Yeah, okay, ready, damn, I mean I guess.
Speaker 3:Just open my bedroom or.
Speaker 1:Okay, I know.
Speaker 3:You ready.
Speaker 1:Then you have rhythm, which is pretty obvious and doesn't need a whole lot of explanation that the cosmos, the universe, even your individual life operates in rhythms, so like there's good times, there's bad times, there's success, there's failure. Everything is just the swing of a cosmic pendulum. And you just have to understand that there are seasons. I mean, even Earth has seasons. You know, it has this rhythm every year. It's like spring, summer, fall, winter, life springs forth and then it decays.
Speaker 3:And it dies. It's like the ocean. Bro Yeah, waves, it's waves too, but there's always going to be another wave.
Speaker 1:Yeah, And it's just it's rhythm. There's this perpetual rhythmic pulse of energy throughout the cosmos, and it's this grand scale that we can't possibly perceive, which we're very lucky to be alive right now because we're in one of the greatest transitions in all of civilized human history, moving forward into a new era of consciousness. After rhythm, you have cause and effect. That was pretty obvious. It's like karma for everything that operates upon your life. There is some causal force in another world, whether it be your actions, whether it be you know, the things you've said or done, things you've said are done in a previous life. It could be you know, divine will It could be your higher self just putting this into your life for you to experience, because there is a cause, and then the effect is something that you will learn or you will gain from this, or it could be some sort of karmic purging you know, et cetera, et cetera. But it's basically, you know, karma. That is an actual universal law that Dick hates how things unfold in the universe. Everything is the will of the divine and God uses the good
Speaker 1:and the battlelike, so even the bad things and the bad people, they serve a purpose and they may not know it or willingly participate, but God sees all, you know, and God uses all, and I think a lot of people can't necessarily reconcile that. And then you have gender, which is that for every emanation of reality, there is this duality of manifested forces. So like you have the divine masculine, you have the divine feminine. I mean, that's true in every layer that it takes two to tango, and I don't think that really even needs that much discussion.
Speaker 1:I mean, I'm sitting here today because I have a mom and a dad. Everybody on earth came from at one point or another. You know, a mom and a dad, and that's how plants work, That's how animals work, That's how the spiritual forces work. That's how God works, even though there is the invisible one, and then God projects you know, masculine and entities, because to come from the undifferentiated source and to be manifest from the unmanifest, there has to be an emergence of duality. And because of the emergence of duality, there has to be the emergence of a separateness of being of the masculine and the feminine forces, so that those forces again, it's that great paradox, all opposites are reconciled, right, and then creation springs forth.
Speaker 1:So there is an oppositeness of this expression of gender, so that you know, life can be created and can spring forth. So that's like the basic understanding of the hermetic explanation of the universe. But then you know, in addition to that, I've kind of talked about this a great length. The original sage, Hermes Trisma justtis I don't really need to kind of reiterate a lot of that, but he was the original archetypal sage, the original Merlin, the original Hermes, the original Gandolf, the original Jesus, the original Buddha. He existed many thousands of years ago, and all of the esoteric lodges of the modern world, for the most part, pay homage to Hermes, Trismagistus and the teachings of the Hermetic tradition as the primordial philosophy, in addition to other things such as Gnosticism, the Sufi tradition, the Tibetan mysteries, and things like that. So I wanted to talk kind of broadly about the Initiatic tradition today, right, So I just was like, maybe I'll give a quick little rundown of the Hermitic tradition, but so from the Sufi tradition, which I'm going to talk about more in
Speaker 1:length later after I've exhausted the Corpus Hermeticum, I want to get through more of the Naghamadi library. But in the Sufi tradition, which is kind of like an Arabic Islamic esote Eric tradition, which could be seen as a cognate of the sort of Gnostic Cathar Templar tradition. So they're so cognate, meaning like they're very similar even though they're in different places, in different languages and cultures, but the core idea is virtually the same, and they consider themselves aligned with one another. It's like pepsi and coke, right, It's like the same flavor, but they wear a different flag.
Speaker 1:But not that their enemies like pepsi and coke. Maybe that paints the wrong picture, but they're very much alike and it's very much the same source.
Speaker 3:Are they enemies?
Speaker 1:No, pepsin coke?
Speaker 3:Yeah?
Speaker 1:Absolutely, Yeah, dude. Even people are like, you know, Pepsi's better, Coke's better. And to me, I've always been like, I don't see a difference, but whatever, I don't drink soda, but I don't care. I know people are opinion it about that and I don't carry.
Speaker 3:The way, but I feel like that's the law of polarity.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but they're the same thing. Yeah, but it's more like Batman versus Batman. I mean, they're both just coola, you know.
Speaker 3:I guess, or pop depending on where you live.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I feel like Joker be Mountain dew Bro. Tell me I'm wrong, tell me you can't.
Speaker 3:I just mean like it's like intertwined in the cosmic dance. One can't exist without the other. It's true. It is true. They complete each other. Yeah, like Ryan and Alex.
Speaker 1:Hmm, I didn't say no. So In the Sufi tradition you have the concept of the fauna fila, which means the annihilation or the dissolution of the ego and the self into the divine presence of Allah. It is the central Sufi concept representing the unity of the spirit, where a person overcomes the worldly attachments and merges their consciousness with God. Obviously in their language, that's Allah. It's complete ego death, the passing away of the false sense of the individual eye or the prideful self, enacting a total divine surrender and submission of the personal will to the divine will. Dying before death or being born again. Remember Jesus said to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, you must be born again? What did he mean? Ruminating on the spiritual awakening that comes from stripping away the human limitations of the mind and the spirit while still alive. Baka Bilah, which is the next step, means the subsistence or the permanence in God, representing a high Sufi spiritual state where a seeker returns to the worldly consciousness, experiences the attributes of the divine consciousness, and lives completely through and for Allah.
Speaker 1:It comes directly after the fauna, which is the annihilation or the destruction of the ego. After the fauna or the lower ego disappears, the seeker wakes up to a new spiritual life sustained directly by God or Baca. The person returns to a normal daily life life and activities, but their inner heart stays fully awake, connected and focused on Allah without distraction. Bad habits and personal desires are replaced by the will of the divine, beautiful traits and pure awareness of God and everything. So this is the premise of the initiatic tradition, and there are modes of initiation which I can confirm through nearly twenty years of gathering evidence. My father kind of started this pattern gathering over nearly twenty years now of noticing that the thousands upon thousands of people that we've met, most people that came to us that see orbs had at one point in their life experienced profound trauma. So going through a profound trauma in life again, we're looking at many different elements at play here, from many different traditions, but like cause and effect, karma, the rhythm of the U universe,
Speaker 1:we go through good times when we go through bad, but there's some higher force that sees your life has actually written the script and it's a play and you're just the character in the act. You're acting in a play. And down here in the earth world, you're not aware of this until you achieve that nosis and begin to understand that everything is the will of the Divine. Everything is the will of God, even the things that you didn't know were everything, and God is pulling all the strings.
Speaker 1:God has created the light and the dark, and this dance of the light in the dark, although it's scary at times and at times it's beautiful, serves a purpose for our soul to grow. It's like, you know, at one level of narrative, people have come to believe this as a prison, and there are some gnostic texts that are like, this is hell. But then there's other gnostic texts that are like, but that's an allegory, And really what it is is it's you playing through that great drama of the all of Sophia into the divine light and restoring your light to go back home. So people got it wrong. They think gnosticism is just like hardline.
Speaker 1:They say it's hell and the hermeticis don't like, No, not necessarily, it's more complicated than that. And it's about as you awaken your consciousness, you reach higher levels of narrative and understanding the divine. Were you gonna say something else?
Speaker 3:I was gonna say. If you think Prince Zuko, Prince Zuko's arc is incredible, wait until you live out yours. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:Or Darth Vader.
Speaker 3:It's far better.
Speaker 1:Look at Darth Vader too, Like he you know, he was good and then he was corrupted to the dark side and he became a villain and then and you know, in the end, he was used by the force. He balanced it, he fulfilled the prophecy, and he was redeemed and he became good. And we know this, We know for sure that George Lucas was telling us he became good because he was a force ghost in the end. At the celebration in Return of the Jedi, Luke Skywalker was sitting by the fire with Yoda Obi Wan Kenobi and his father. So like the dark can be transformed into the light, and we we have to understand that your demons, the things that you suffer with your attachments and your vices, and and and and and I have things too. You know, I am, by no means a perfect person. I'm just trying to learn. I'm trying to understand these things. I'm trying to implement them into my life and share what I've learned. That's, you know, that's that's kind of my whole thing. But like I have problems too, and these things are teachers that when we gain the mode of understanding to view them in the correct lens, we can transcend them and turn them into
Speaker 1:lessons to reach, you know, a higher understanding of ourselves, our relationship with God, and have that, you know, like I said, that complete surrender, which I will say that kind of happened to me when my son was born, when I was surely in that hospital surrendering and begging God that he would live. And my my friends in the in the knights templar, which is you know, in as sooteric initiatic tradition, who are telling me a lot, you know, look into a lot of the stuff, right and they're saying, go look at this, go look at this.
Speaker 3:You'll learn from this.
Speaker 1:Go look at the Sufi, Go look at tantra, Go look at gnostraism, look at her meticism. Things I already knew about. But they're like, no, really, go look deeper, read the narrative. But you know, they're telling me that that tragedy that I went through at the hospital, which ended up being fine, was was like one of these moments of initiation where the higher forces are placing all the stress and the sphere in this trauma on me so that I come out on the other side a different man. And that's how God works. And nine times out of ten, like the majority even bigger than that, ninety nine out of one hundred, the majority of people that we've met over the years that see orbs in their life have gone through some kind of trauma. And because of being so broken down and humiliated and humbled and have you know, suffered through agony and try they sought God. They sought God, they sought something higher, They saw a connection to a force that would save them or that would help them through these dark times and would comfort them. They surrendered their heart to a higher force.
Speaker 1:And thus we're given access of the psychic senses, and we're granted the permission to view interdimensional phenomenon, which is a gift that is bestowed upon those who seek it. For a lot of people, it takes trauma to get you to that point. But there is a higher model, which is the case that I've been trying to explain here, which is the way, which is the higher initiation, the higher path, which is the Way of Christ, the Way of the Heart, as some call it, the way of Light.
Speaker 1:And when you choose to be like a warrior and have the discipline to walk this path, but then to also be like a monk and to be in reverence of the sacred and constantly seek the Holy Spirit of God. And you walk this path by your conscious will, this will be bestowed upon you because you have earned it through conscious will. But it's not an easy path. It takes a warrior and a monk, which is what the Freemasons are telling you. The double headed eagle that's pointed in different directions, that's templar symbolism, which is like a warrior in a monk. And they talk about this in the Tultech tradition of Mexico, the warrior of the flowery path of the heart right it's like they say, being a warrior in a garden. So you have to be And that boils down to what the masculine and the feminine having the will and the drive and the desire to grow and to train your mind and your body and your spirit and walk a higher path. But then the feminine, the invisible, the experiential, the subtle, the spiritual, receptive to the spirit, listening, receiving the wisdom and the knowledge from the spirit world. So you know, it takes
Speaker 1:a certain person to decide that they want this for themselves and to walk this life. And that is the crux of the esoteric initiatic tradition and the beginning of opening the doorway to the mysteries of consciousness. We're gonna add something.
Speaker 3:There, Yeah, I just wanted to add that. You know, if you thought that that wasn't hard enough, in my opinion, you also kind of have to first accomplish what you're saying, right, mascular mastering the masculine and feminine forces. Then you have to get past the discipline or or instill the discipline in a way that you can still enjoy life. And I don't mean enjoy life by going on benders and things like that, but you have to practice in the whimsy and the the you know, the fun loving parts of life, because you still have a duty to play the character in this play. Yeah, So not only do you have to master all of these things, but then you have to get to the other side of that and learn how to have fun too. Yeah, but also have discipline, virtue, and control all at the same time. Right, Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 1:Yeah, And it's like I was reading the whole Sufi thing and then it's like, exactly what you just said that you have this understanding your ego is completely broken down through trauma or through whatever, through revelatory experience gnosis, you know, they call this, they call it, I can't remember what they call it, mystical something mystical experience or there's just like a psychological term for this. But there is a concept of having some sort of divine revelation that alters your perception of reality and then the next higher level of that according to the Sufi's which is like a cognate of the initiatic tradition. They are an initiatic tradition, right, They're a part of this current of knowledge from Atlantis, like thousand percent. They are a part of the Lantin tradition. It's just you have to understand when Atlantis fell, the people that survived went to different parts of the world with this same knowledge, and over thousands of years, new countries were formed, with new languages, with new cultures. So the core message is there with a different face, with a different name, with a different language,
Speaker 1:with the different people, but this core message is universal. It's the PRIs a theologia, you know, the primordial tradition, which is what hermeticism is a gnosticism and sufism and you know, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, resocrutionism. So anyway, so yeah, you do you have to return to the world. There's this like there's always these different layers of the masses understanding these things. And then you have like mob mentality of being like it's the matrix. You know, it's an evil world, and that is true, like there is a matrix here, but then there's another level of that and it's the will of the divine that we all chose to come here and to experience this, and like a part of your mission and a part of your journey is to see through the illusion and then through your spirit and through your mind and through your heart. Just learn to be happy, and learn to be full of joy, and learn to see the beauty of God, and love your neighbor, and be kind and be humble, and be compassionate and graceful and merciful and virtuous, and have discipline and not let the lusts of the mind and the body rule you. I'm not saying you have to be
Speaker 1:like an ascetic that whips yourself like in the Da Vinci Code, and like you can't enjoy life. But the point is you can't. You can't let these things rule you. You have to rule your life. Yeah, rule your life. You have to have a rule of life, like we talked about earlier, like in the Night's Templar tradition are very big on this. Like step one of your training is from now on, there's no days off. Every day is at least in the modern world. I know we're busy, so at least five minutes a day of prayer, meditation constantly seek to connect to the presence the spirit of God, you know, so part of being an initiate of the mysteries of God. You don't have to go join a lodge.
Speaker 1:I'm going to read a text about that from someone who was an initiative of multiple lodges, is telling you you don't have to be in a lodge. You don't have to do that. This is an aspect of your soul that is granted to you by God, like we talked about in I think it was the cup or the monad, or it was even the Divine pie mander, Like the great quest of mortal souls is to come here to kind of achieve that nosis and reconnect with God and become a perfect man, to become God on earth.
Speaker 1:You and your mind and your mouth are a portal for God to operate into the physical world. But you can't really consciously use that or do that or work with that.
Speaker 3:Until you.
Speaker 1:Know, you you awaken to this knowledge and then you you you walk the path. Right, So so anyway, I'm gonna read a couple of the UH texts from the Corpus or Medicum that are shorter because most of them are really short, and they like, instead of trying to like squeeze an hour out of one short text, I'd rather just kind of blast through a few of them, and you know, we're mostly through the Corpus or Medicum. There's seventeen texts. I think we're getting up to the ninth tonight. So this is number six. I'm not reading even but probably half of it. I kept the second half, which I thought was really interesting. So this is Corpus or Medicum, volume six. It says in God alone is good, and elsewhere nowhere, and all of these are discourses that the ancient sage Hermes Trismagistus was giving to his disciples, U a sleppist or tot So anyway, it starts with Hermes.
Speaker 1:I'm actually about to the second half of the tractator skip the first half because I was like, I'm trying to find the things that are a little pertinent to what I'm talking about. So it says, and God alone is therefore good, or rather good is God himself. So then a sleppists, the name alone of good is found in men, the thing itself nowhere in them. For this can never be, for no material body doth contain it. A thing bound on all sides by bad, by labors, by pains, desires and passions, by errors and foolish thoughts, and greatest ill of all a sleppist is that each of these things have been said above is thought down here to be the greatest good. And what is still an even greater ill is belly lust, the error that doth lead the band of all the other ills, the thing that makes us turn down here from good. And I, for my own part give thanks to God that he hath cast it in my mind about the nosis of the good, that it can never be it should be.
Speaker 3:In the world.
Speaker 1:For that the world is fullness of the bad, but God of good and good of God. The excellencies of the beautiful are round the very essence of the good. Nay, they do seem too pure to unalloyd. Perchance tisday that they are themselves its essences. For one may dare to say a sleppis if essence soothe he have, God's essence is the beautiful. The beautiful is further also good. There is no good that can be got from objects in the world. For all the things that fall beneath the eye are image things and pictures, as it were, while those that do not meet the eye are the realities, especially the essence of the beautiful and good. Just as the eye cannot see God, so can it not behold the beautiful and good, for that they are integral parts of God, wedded to Him alone, and separate familiars most be loved with whom God is himself in love, or they with God. And this is almost at the end of it.
Speaker 3:Here.
Speaker 1:If thou can conceive God, thou shalt conceive the beautiful and good, transcending light made lighter than the light by God. That beauty is beyond compare. This is a hard word inimit it that good, even as God is himself as then thou doest conceive of God, conceive the beautiful and good, for they cannot be joined with aught of other things that live, since they can never be divorced from God. Seekest thou for God, Thou seekest for the beautiful. One is the path that leads to it devotion joined with g noses. And thus it is they who do not know and do not tread Devotion's path. Do dare to call man beautiful and good? Though he has never even seen in his visions a wit that's good, but is enwrapped with every kind of bad, and thinks the bad is good, and thus does make unceasing use of it, And even fearth that it should be taken from him, so straining every nerve not only to preserve but even to increase it. Such are the things that men call good and beautiful aslepists, things which we cannot flee or hate.
Speaker 1:For hardest thing of all is that we need of them and cannot live without them. So like the whole crux of this is like anything in this. So God is void of all of the darkness and the desire and the lust and the sensations of the physical body. And that God is pure spirit, God is enlightened God. Enlightenment is to walk the path of being in the image of God. And you know, as he says, there is one way, which is devotion paired with nosis. So you have devotion, meaning think of like the rule of life.
Speaker 1:You walk the spiritual path. You're daily committed, you're vigilant of your mind, you're sober of thought and always being aware of the reality that you are a spiritual being living in a physical world. And it's like a trial, it's like a game, it's a journey, it's it's it's a test, whatever you want to call it. And to achieve that nosis in this context is to choose through your will the life of devotion to this higher path, to this higher knowledge. And as it said in the previous text that when you from last week, that when you choose to you know, have this, this life of walking with God, of devotion and achieving the first nosis that like a magnet draws iron, this spiritual force will pull you a long and evolve you and help your consciousness awaken to higher levels of understanding of reality, and gifts will be bestowed upon you, psychic gifts. Your faculties will unfold where you can do things like sea orbs or astral project or out of body travel or you know whatever, et cetera, et cetera. So the psychic senses begin to awaken as you connect your mind with your heart, and it talks about that a little bit in one
Speaker 1:of the other texts we're going to read that when you connect your mind through devotion with the path of the heart, which is you know, the way of God, the universe, the beautiful, the good, then you are your bestowed gifts of the spirit, and your conscience begins to be purified by a trial of fire, which I talk about in the last reading Tonight through Through by by Rudolph Steiner a text by Rudolf Steiner that speaks about the path of initiation and then trials of fire, basically purifying your consciousness to unfold those senses of psychic perception.
Speaker 1:So this is the esoteric tradition. This is the crux of what's being discussed here, is that the path of an initiate is devotion to God and walking through the path of the heart to evolve yourself to be more like God manifest on earth. So anyway, let's move on to the next one. It's super short.
Speaker 3:Hey, everybody, this is Alex of Bledsoe said. So, if you've been following the show for a little while, you'd know that I just had a child and this has been one of the most life changing experiences that I've ever been through. However, it has made me way busier, and I'm sure many of you out there are parents, and many of you out there are busy. But just because you're busy, it doesn't mean that your spiritual exploration and your meditative practice has to suffer. That's why I'm so excited to tell you about the brand new offering from the Monroe Institute. If you go to Monroe Institute dot org. You can access the Gateway Voyage online and this is the complete Gateway program guided by Bob Monroe that you can take in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace, and when you graduate, you get the certificate that everybody else that's been through Gateway gets.
Speaker 3:This is absolutely incredible because now your time is in your hands when it comes to the Monroe Institute. So if you go to the Monroe Institute dot org again, that's Monroe Institute dot org and use code BSS at checkout, you get an additional discount Monroe Institute dot org. Use code b SS at checkout. Okay.
Speaker 1:So, somehow or another one I was copying this into my notes on my tablet, I accidentally deleted one of the titles. So all of that stuff that I had just read from the Corpus Romaticum was the excerpts from the two texts then I gathered and they were called though unmanifest, God is most manifest, the fifth one, and then the sixth one, and God alone is good and elsewhere nowhere, and now we're going to this one's pretty short as well. We're going to number seven. That's funny because I said the number wrong. Earlier, and I think it's because I had somehow messed up the title.
Speaker 3:But anyway, so.
Speaker 1:We're on right now. The third reading Corpus Hermeticum number seven. The greatest ill among men is ignorance of God. And this is the final one from the Hermeticum. Whither stumble ye sots. I don't know what a sot is, who have sopped up the wine of the ignorance unmixed, and can so far not carry it that ye already even spew it. Forth, stay ye be sober, gaze upwards with the true eyes of the heart. And if ye cannot all yet ye at least who can? For that the ill of ignorance doth pour over all the earth and overwhelm the soul that's battened down with the body, preventing it from fetching port within salvations harbors. Be then not carried off by the fierce flood, but using the shore current, Ye who can make for salvation's port and harboring there?
Speaker 1:Seek ye for one to take you by the hand and lead you onto nosis gates, where shines clear light of every darkness, clean where not a single soul is drunk. But sober all they gaze with their hearts eyes. They all gaze with their heart's eyes on him who willeth to be seen. No ear can hear him, nor can I see him, nor tongue speak of him, but only mind and heart. But first thou must tear off from thee the cloak which thou dost wear, the web of ignorance, the ground of bad, corruption's chain, the carapace of darkness, the living death. Sensations corpse like the lower base desires of the animal flesh, you know, like all the seven deadly sins Hedenism, basically being a victim of the over indulgence of the desires of pleasure, and things like that, right sensations corpse the tomb Thou carriests with thee, the robber in thy house, who, through the things he loveth hateth THEE, and through the things he hateth bears thee malice, such as the hateful cloak thou wearest that throttles THEE and holds THEE down to it, And order that thou mayest not gaze above, and, having seen the beauty of the truth and the good that dwells therein, detest the
Speaker 1:bad of it. Having found out the plot, that it hath schemed against thee by making void of sense those seeming things which men think senses. For that it hath, with massive matter, blocked them up and crammed them full of loath, some so that thou may not hear about the things which thou should hear, nor see the things that thou should see. So again, and if you take the core message of the entire body of work of like the Gnostic tradition, the corpus or medicum, the Rosicrucian tradition, the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Speaker 3:Assat is a drunkard. So he was addressing a bunch of drunks.
Speaker 1:Hedonists, people who are victims to pleasures and addiction basically of the material body, just this constant desire to feed an unending hunger. Remember said lust of the belly in one of the previous texts. So they're telling you, well, he Hermes Trismagistus, the original sage. He's telling you that the way to God, which is pure beauty and light and good and transcendent, ineffable mind, the creator of all of reality, is the only way to know God is through the eyes of the heart and the mind through nosis.
Speaker 1:It is said to seek those who anchor you upon the shores of Nosus, which is we know that nosis means a personal intimate experience or revelation of God, you know, in a connection to the divine spiritual world. So, and this is so important to me for a lot of reasons because when you talk to people, when you like level one of people realizing that there is a secret tradition of initiation, they think, like Lewis the Freemasons, they're Illuminati, they worship Satan, and they control the world. And it's like, well, no, that's not what's going on here. What's really going on here is that there are multiple overlapping levels of reality, and the main one that everybody's kind of collectively taking part in is the big mainstream religions and the history that they've given us and the doctrines that those in power have given us, and through intense psychological programming and propaganda, they have convinced us that anything else that we look upon is evil. And they have killed people who were initiates of these traditions throughout the Renaissance of medieval era, like literally in the Dark Ages, they were killing them.
Speaker 1:They were slaughtering them. The Church was burning people by the millions, slaughtering heavy holy wars and crusades, and that there is a kind of a lesser known undercurrent of ancient initiatic spiritual tradition. That is this universal knowledge that in modern times has survived because of these esoteric lodges concealing these secrets throughout the ages. And you know, so people think, oh, well, it's a secret, there's a lodge, you have to be an initiate, there has to be something demonic going on there. But that's not the case with the majority of these lodges. That's the case with some of them. People have this idea that like it's all like Aleister Crowley, but it's not. In reality, it's the you know, the main ones are more like Christ and this is their belief. This If you talk to like a Freemason or a Rosicrucian or a Knight's you know, a member of the Knights Templar, or someone who's of a modern you know, Reformation of the Cathart tradition or the Essenes or pretty much any of them. There's there's more than I can name. There's traditions that have names of French that I have no clue how to say them.
Speaker 1:You know, like that they will tell you universally that the a large part of their body of knowledge and work comes from this, the hermetic tradition, and people are like as demonic. But when you read everything it's saying, it's telling you basically. I know I'm paraphrasing in my own frame of reference that they don't say the word Christ, but they're basically telling it's a cognate of the teachings of Christ. It's the same thing they're telling you. Be like Christ through the eyes of your heart. You can see God, you know, be sober of mind, be seek devotion constantly, be within the will and the presence of the spiritual world. Reject the physical, like you know, you can live in the physical. This is a very ancient writing.
Speaker 1:And then if you talk to people in modern times in these traditions, they'll tell you like you can live in the world, you can have fun, you can enjoy life. But there's no day off of the spiritual path. You don't get a break on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, like clocking out of work and you go home and you get to be a hedonist, like you have to have a new consciousness to walk this path. You're evolving to a new consciousness, a new way of being, a new way of thinking that you can have fun, but it's being you yourself and enjoying life. But not necessarily because you're doing things that you used to do before the spiritual tradition that you walk, such as you know, things like a drugs and you know, whatever old thing, whatever it was that that you did before that you thought would bring you happiness, those don't serve you anymore because you realize, like it says in this text, these things that you love, they hate you. They seek to destroy you and devour you.
Speaker 1:They're consuming your mind and it's like a cloak of hateful ignorance that's being cast upon your mind, and you have to cast them often. You have to seek the higher path. You have to seek nosis of God's presence, and you know, these divine gifts will be bestowed upon you and like a magnet draweth iron, God will pull your mind to greater heights. So it's a new life. You can, you know you can. You can still be happy and enjoy life. You don't have to go be you know, ultra serious. You can't be funny anymore. You can't have fun anymore. You can't do this like it's just it's a it's a happier life where you're devoting yourself to truth, honestly, a higher world, the reality of the spiritual forces that are play here. I do not believe that you can have a truly happy and fulfilling life without the spirit of God, somehow or another being present in your consciousness in this world. I think that you can look at every billionaire or every trillionaire, the richest people in the world. I don't care who they are.
Speaker 1:I don't care what the case is. It could be the most successful, famous movie star or whatever, and none of them, I believe, can look you in the eyes and tell you if they are not spiritual, if they are not truly in alignment with God's will. They can't tell you they're happy because they want more. And I don't just mean money. I mean maybe it's more fame, maybe it's more parties, maybe it's more women, maybe it's more whatever, whatever, you know, success, recognition, money. They want more.
Speaker 1:It's not being filled. It's consume, consume, consume, and I you know, I gotta tell you, like I know a lot of billionaires, I know, I know, I know a good handful of them, and every one of them that I know, maybe save most that I know, to be honest with you, are are are now at this point in their life desperately seeking the spiritual path to fill some sort of void or whole in their life. So, you know, I know I know quite a few like uh, people that have been in movies, famous musicians, celebrities, people, people in very you could say, like universally accepted as highly successful walks of life people and and and government agencies, et cetera, et cetera. And I've met every single one of them because of this whole spiritual thing, the orbs, the phenomenon consciousness, God, and the ones that are negative and are not happy are not in alignment with understanding what this is and seeking to to learn more about it and to grow and to to you know, cooperate with the phenomenon. The ones that are not happy are the ones who are against it, and they're rejecting it.
Speaker 1:And at the end of the day, it's like, who's truly happy? You know, We're all seeking things. I think the ones that are truly happy are the ones who are light of heart and are free of the attachment to negative thinking, and they understand that sometimes in life we're supposed to suffer, and in those points of suffering, we surrender to God. We understand that it's his plan. We're going to be okay, and it serves a purpose, and it's going to make us stronger. And faith matters because it's in those moments when we exercise our faith right and we don't give up, and we keep fighting like a warrior, and we just completely surrender to the will of God and understand that on the other side will be stronger for it. So, you know, everyone's like this, this the you know, the Freemasons or devil worshipers, or the knights templar worship the devil, or so on and so forth. The Rosicrucians are evil, they're Illuminati, but like, this is what they're talking about in their lodges. They're talking about the Hermetic tradition. They're talking about the Gnostic tradition.
Speaker 1:They're talking about the mysteries of Christ, you know, the mysteries of the East, consciousness, meditation, the opening of the heart, unfolding to access the psychic faculties, it's this. It's the way of the heart is seeing God through the eyes of your heart. So when you penetrate deeper into these temples of mystery, you begin to realize that it is about walking the path of Christ. Whether you believe Christ, you know was God, or not doesn't really matter. Because these profound lodges of mystery around the world that were universally like attacked and reviled and shunned by the Church in the old days, the powers that be, they were kind of all saying the same thing, which is like, the truth is the spirit world. It's consciousness, God, our creator, and we are aspects of that. So in order to return to that and to be one with that, we have to be light. We have to become enlightened. We have to be free still of mind, you know, live through the heart, be one with our mind and our heart.
Speaker 1:So anyway, I'm going to do a little reading of a book from Rudolf Steiner. I've kind of covered it before, but I like this little passage right here, and I don't think I covered it previously. It's called How to Attain Knowledge of the Higher Worlds, or the alternate title, which is what I prefer is called the Way of Initiation by Rudolf Steiner. So Rudolf Steiner is interesting because he was a Rosicrucian. He was also a Theosophist, and he parted ways with Helena Blovotsky because he had a split with her kind of like a lot of her views and and and Blovotsky, I'm not really a big fan of her. I think there's a lot of value in the theosophical tradition just because technically they've gotten a lot of the history of the current of initiatic traditions, correct, But I don't like some of the teachings of theosophy.
Speaker 1:So I think there's good and there's bad there, but ultimately there's a lot of value to study it and learn from it and kind of see the core message, which is, you know, all one and the same but with different terminology. But Helena Blovotsky was kind of an iconoclast and she kind of hated Christ, which I'm like, WHOA, you can't really you can't really, you know, claim to be a part of this tradition if you're gonna you know, continue you know. So like I'm not really a fan of her, and I prefer Rudolph Steiner, because even he had these same differences of opinion as her, and he left her and he stayed true to the true initiatic tradition.
Speaker 1:So I think Rudolf Steiner in many ways is better than Heleno Blovotsky and the value that he offered to the world. And he talked a lot about like the cosmic pulse of Christ throughout the universe, and you know, the Rosicrucian tradition, and he created his own tradition, which was known as anthroposophy, So he is extremely knowledgeable of the esoteric initiatic traditions. He you know, he himself had experienced there. And then he went out on his own and devoted the rest of his life to give a lot of this information to the world and sort of you know, publish it so that people could seek it at their own pace, on their own, which I think is honorable. It's kind of like exactly what I'm trying to do here with Bleeds said. So it's like, go and read the stuff and then put it out there so people can learn and they can kind of figure out what they want to do with it and make their own assumptions or conclusions.
Speaker 3:Or whatever.
Speaker 1:So are you gonna say something?
Speaker 3:Is this reading you're about to read from from the second volume of The All Seeing Eye?
Speaker 1:No, that's manly p all. This is Rudolph Steiner, and that was the Mystery of Initiation or the Mysteries of.
Speaker 3:Initiation, the one you just read a couple episodes ago. Yeah, this is the title.
Speaker 1:Sound unfamiliar, I'm like, because they're talking about the same thing. Yeah, h okay, and they were a part of the same current of knowledge.
Speaker 3:Well, thank you for making me feel better.
Speaker 1:Good, all right, So this is the last reading and then we can kind of wrap it up and say our goodbyes. But so how to attain knowledge of the higher worlds? And every man there are latent faculties by means of which he may acquire for himself knowledge of the higher worlds. The mystic master, theosophist, remember he was one. Theosophist or gnostic, speaks of a soul world, in a spirit world, which are for him just as real as the world which we see with our physical eyes or touch with our physical hands. And those who wish to develop the spiritual senses which unfold psychic knowledge should understand that safe advice can only be given by those who have already developed such power within themselves. As long as the human race has existed, there have been lodges and schools in which those who possessed these higher faculties have given instruction to those who were in search of them.
Speaker 1:Such are called occult schools, and the instruction which is imparted therein is called esoteric science or occult teaching. Remember I keep saying a mystic or somebody who's in search of the truth is somewhat like a spiritual scientist. It's because Rudolph Steiner kind of coined this term occult science, and it is a science, a science of the mind and of the spirit, of kind of discarding paths and modalities that don't work and adopting an accepting reality, which is, you know, maybe I don't always go about it the right way, but that's kind of why I like roll my eyes when people are into a lot of this.
Speaker 1:You know, I think there's a lot of truth in the New Age, in the sense that a lot of it is just kind of like ego tripping. People putting on this grand theater with like, you know, feathered headbands and crystal crowns, and they're, you know, doing a bunch of things that are real, but they're doing it in a very kind of bombastic way. And it's all just kind of repackaged information from the mystery schools and it's not really new. It's just kind of exploding into the mainstream through very silly people. And I'm like, come on, let's be real, Like this isn't theater. These are real forces here. Let's talk about this. You know, we can have fun with it. We don't have to be so serious, but like, let's take it serious, you know what I mean, Like this is important stuff. We need to kind of like get this out there in an appropriate way. That's that's my belief, having been someone who was having very real contact with entities since I was a child, having the world take advantage of us and use us. And I'm out here just trying to like spread the good word about the stuff. So I kind of roll my
Speaker 1:eyes when people do it in a silly way.
Speaker 3:It's it's a.
Speaker 1:Personal annoyance of mine, but it is kind of like being a scientist of the esoteric knowledge, you just need to keep it simple, in my opinion, adopt the real, accept what is real, and discard all the fluff. It serves no purpose other than ego. Like again, I know I make jokes about like, you know, crystal girls, but I still like crystals. Like you need to see a salt lamp behind me, I guess it's over there. I still wear crystals. I'm not wearing it now because I got it wet, but I wear a crystal rosary every day, Like I still love crystals. But my whole point in making all those jokes is like some people's whole personality is like I've got crystals. I'm spiritual and I'm gonna go snort coke and party at a rave. Like you're not spiritual. You just found a technology and you're a hedonist.
Speaker 1:You're on that satanic wave. So like, let's be real here, Like you know there, there's there's there's a true path, and it's not limited to your whole personality being over a couple of little tools that you've found. That's my whole thing, not saying those things are not real, but anyway, such are called occult schools, and the instruction which is imparted therein is called esoteric science or occult teaching. This designation sometimes leads to misunderstanding. He who hears it may be very easily misled into the belief that those who work in those schools desire to represent a special, privileged class which arbitrarily withholds its knowledge from its fellow creatures. Indeed, he may even think that perhaps there is nothing really important behind such knowledge, for he is tempted to think that if it were a true knowledge, there would be no need of making secret of it. One might then communicate it publicly to the advantage.
Speaker 3:Of all men.
Speaker 1:Those who have been initiated into occult knowledge are not in the least surprised that the uninitiated should so think. Only he who has to a certain degree experienced this inititioniation into the higher knowledge of being can understand the secret of that initiation. But it may be asked, how then, shall the uninitiated, considering the circumstances, develop any interest at all in the so called mystical knowledge. How and why ought they to search for something of the nature of which they can form no idea. Such a question is based upon an entirely erroneous conception of the real nature of occult knowledge. There is, in truth, no fundamental difference between occult knowledge and all the rest of man's knowledge and capacity. This mystic knowledge is no more a secret for the average man than writing is a secret to him who has never learned to read. And just as everyone chooses the correct method may learn to write, so too can everyone who searches after the right way become a disciple and even a teacher. And only one respector the conditions here different from those that apply to external
Speaker 1:thought activities. The possibility of acquiring the art of writing may be withheld from someone through poverty or through the state of civilization into which he has been born. But for the attainment of knowledge in the higher worlds, there is no obstacle for him who sincerely searches for it. Many believe that it is necessary to find here or there the masters of the higher knowledge in order to receive enlightenment from them. In the first place, he who strives earnestly after the higher knowledge need not be afraid of any difficulty or obstacle in his search for an initiate who shall be able to lead him into the profounder secrets of the world. Everyone, on the contrary, may be certain that an initiate will find him under any circumstances, if there is in him an earnest and worthy endeavor to attain this knowledge. For it is a strict law with all initiates to withhold from no man the knowledge that is due to him. But there is an equally strict law which insists that no one shall receive any occult knowledge until he is worthy and well prepared. And the more strictly he observes these two laws, the more
Speaker 1:perfect is an initiate. The order which embraces all initiates is surrounded, as it were, by a wall, and the two laws here mentioned from two strong principles by which the constituents of this wall are held together. You may live in close friendship with an initiate, yet this wall will separate him from you, just as long as you have not become an initiate yourself. You may enjoy, in the fullest sense the heart the love of an initiate. Yet he will only impart to you his secret when you, yourself are ready for it. You may flatter him, you may torture him. Nothing will induce him to divulge to you anything which he knows ought not be disclosed. Inas much as you, at the present stage of your evolution, do not understand rightly how to receive the secret into your soul. The ways which prepare a man for the reception of such a secret are clearly prescribed. They are indicated by the unf fading, everlasting letters within the temples where the initiates guard to higher secrets. In ancient times anterior to history, these temples were outwardly visible. Today, because our lives have become so unspiritual, they are mostly quite
Speaker 1:invisible to external sight. Yet they are present with everywhere. They are present everywhere, and all who seek may find them. Only within his soul may a man discover the means which will open for him the lips of an initiate to a certain high degree. He must develop within himself special faculties, and then the greatest treasures of the spirit become his own. He must begin with a certain fundamental attitude of the soul. The student of occultism calls it the path of devotion of veneration. Only he who maintains this attitude in occultism can become a disciple. And he who has experienced and these things is able to perceive even in the child, the signs of approaching discipleship. There are children who look upon with religious awe to those whom they venerate. For such people, they have a respect which forbids them to admit, even the innermost sanctuary of the heart, any thought or criticism of opposition. These children grow up into young men and maidens who feel happy when they are able to look up to anything venerable.
Speaker 1:From the ranks of such children are recruited many disciples. So you know he's telling you here, like there's a law. There's two esoteric laws. One of them and I kind of have to look over it again to remember both if I'm being honest, because I just read a lot. But one of them was you know that you can't give Oh, I remember, now, whatever knowledge is due to a man, you can't rightfully withhold it. But then the second law is to those who are not ready or prepared mentally and spiritually or worthy to handle and receive them knowledge, you can't give it. So there's this idea of secrecy. But then there's a third layer that's not mentioned here, that you know, the powers that be of the ancient world was killing them, was killing a lot of these people for believing this knowledge, Like, especially when the Church came into power, they were literally killing people, passing laws that you have to say with your mouth a special creed, the nicy and creed, and you have to believe in Jesus Christ a very specific way, or not only are you going to go to Hell forever, but we're going to kill you. So there was great
Speaker 1:purpose in keeping a lot of this knowledge secret and concealed with an allegory narrative, such as things like the Knights of the Round Table, King Arthur, the mysteries of the Holy Grail, you know, and symbols. And another part of this book which I didn't you know, I didn't copy it because I have to stop somewhere, is it speaks about that once you become initiate in this esoterictor or the occult sciences, and you begin to walk the path of devotion and have this connection with God and the mysteries of consciousness, that you begin to understand that there's an occult language of symbols, and that these symbols are expressions of the mind of God and nature and consciousness.
Speaker 1:So these esoteric symbols, like right up here behind me, I always get which side the other side. I don't know why I can't do that right there, we go the Metatron's cube up there. I guess I'm reversing the camera right there, the Metatron's cube, Like all of these esoteric symbols, they have information encoded into them that is like knowledge from the higher world that when you begin to through the higher faculties of your consciousness expand your psychic perception, you begin to sort of receive more information from these things. So there's a multidimensional level of narrative that begins to unfold within your mind at as you evolve to higher levels of consciousness. So it's like they told you here and in other texts. In the Gospel of Truth, it says God has a secret name that can't be spoken through human words. But that name is God, that name is Christ, that name is the Son of God.
Speaker 1:But there's a secret name that you can't speak in.
Speaker 3:Your mortal life.
Speaker 1:Or they talk about, you know, in the hermetic one, that God can't be seen, but through the eyes of the heart, you know the mystery. You can't see it, you can't understand it, you can't speak it, you can't hear it. If you're just an animal who has not had this awakening of your psychic Consciousness through the Great initiation, whether it be because you've experienced profound trauma in your life unfortunately, or because you are a devoted disciple and you seek through your own will, which is the more honorable path here, I mean both, But it's all fine.
Speaker 1:It's about getting there, right, It's about the journey and then you know, achieving the result in the end.
Speaker 3:Right.
Speaker 1:So it's like, it's not that you're better than one because you did it this way or that way, because I think through the trauma it ultimately pushes people to.
Speaker 3:Walk this path.
Speaker 1:But you know, it's like, my whole point is like extra points for people who just have the dwelling within their soul to say, you know what, I want to walk this path. And I think they're probably that way naturally because of through previous incarnations they've reached this point and they were born at this level and they're like, let's go, this is my final life, you know. But you know, the point is there is a level of understanding of God, the mysteries, consciousness, the phenomenon experiencing orbs that can only be understood through receiving this profound initiation from God from the higher worlds. I mean, look at my dad. You know, he's seen more orbs and this phenomenon more than literally any soul on this planet, more than any human in the world. That is a fact that has been acknowledged by very high elements of literally the United States government. You can flip to the front of the book and you can see written by the director of the Clandestine Operations for the CIA. Am I endorsing the CIA and saying they tell the truth. No, but I think when a government agency makes a public statement,
Speaker 1:there's some level of Okay, they're either like telling you the truth here or they're lying, which both are confirming. There's a value to what we're saying and doing to have accumulated such high level interest from members of federal agencies. Do you see what I'm saying? So it's like there's there's a there's a weight to this statement that the director of Clandestine Services for the Central Intelligence Agency literally wrote in the forward in my dad's book that he's seen more of this phenomenon. He's been more studied than anybody in the world for experiencing this thing. So like, as far as things are concerned, my dad is he's kind of the world's foremost authority on this freaking phenomenon.
Speaker 1:Whether the powers that be want to give us a seat at the table or not, it's just fact. And look at his life, how he suffered, how he has He's died three times. Literally, he's he's fallen off. I think it was like a six or a ten story building snapped his back. He had a car explode on him. And he's had so many different near he's had. He's had two or three, at least two maybe three very genuine like consciousness separating from the body near death experiences, but half a dozen or more close calls with actual mortal death, with extreme tragedies and accidents, sicknesses, illnesses, going from being rich making tens of millions of dollars to being destitute, and you know, we're having all of our stuff being repossessed and we had to move out into the country in a trailer. Like my dad had this extreme life of tragedy and suffering and being so broken down and shamed and human aliated. His ego was annihilated.
Speaker 1:And he is just this kind, loving, humble man. And what he taught me my whole life even now, was be humble, don't be judgmental. Don't don't don't be hateful towards other people. The phenomenon is God. You you have to It's a relationship. You have to have a relationship with God through your heart. You know, so like that that profound. So what I'm trying to say is like to have an understanding of the phenomenon and how it really works. As these great mystics and teachers and stages of these uh you know, initiatic mystery schools have been telling you that there is a higher level of understanding that can only be understood by those who are worthy, who have prepared their consciousness to reach this level of narrative and understanding. Is that your relationship with God and the spirit world, the divine, the phenomenon and the angels is what they are. You have to live by the heart.
Speaker 1:You have to be like Christ. And that's it. I'm not gonna talk in circles. I love you guys very much and I will see you next week. Thanks for listening, and thank you for supporting and we very much, very much are grateful for for your support and you know, all the love and and uh you know it helps keep us going.
