Welcome to GSA 101 brought to you by Elevate GSA: where we turn GOVSPEAK into a language YOU speak. My name is Hannah Struss and I have Collin Hartsell here with me and we are going to be talking about the addition of the Program Evaluation Subgroup which will be offered under SIN 541611.
To add this subgroup to a GSA contract that already has been awarded SIN 541611, contractors will need to provide a specific technical proposal.
An authorized negotiator must submit via email the following:
Contractors whose initial submissions receive a “Pass” rating from the Technical Evaluation Board will be asked to respond in writing (up to 3 single-spaced pages) to a specific program evaluation services scenario. The scenario response must be submitted within 15 business days of the date of notification. The response will be assessed by the TEB to determine whether the offeror has demonstrated a technically appropriate approach to tasks expected to be performed within the scope of the Program Evaluation Services subgroup. Responses will be rated on a pass/fail basis.
Contractors who pass both elements can then add this subgroup to their eBuy profile by following these steps:
1. Login to eBuy
2. From the top menu, select "Profile"
3. Click "Modify Subgroups"
4. Select the “Program Evaluation Services” subgroup according to the instructions
