Welcome to GSA 101 brought to you by Elevate GSA: where we turn GOVSPEAK into a language YOU speak. My name is Hannah Struss and I have Collin Hartsell here with me and we are going to be talking about MAS Refresh 14 which was released in July of 2022.
Let’s get right down to it!
· This refresh will issue a temporary closure of the Core Financial Management Solutions (Core FS) Subgroup of SIN 518210FM to new offers/modifications. This will allow GSA to consider its needs and the acquisition strategy associated with the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM. At present, new offers or modification requests to add the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM will not be accepted.
· Offers or modification requests to add financial management products and services under any of the following three Subgroups of SIN 518210FM will continue to be accepted:
1. Additional Financial Management (FM) Solutions
2. Financial Management (FM) Service/Solution Adoption and Transition Services
3. Financial Management (FM) Technology Operations Support Services
· Once GSA has completed their review of this SIN, GSA will re-open the Core FS Subgroup of SIN 518210FM to new offers and modification requests through a subsequent refresh to the MAS Solicitation.
Existing contractors if you have not done so already, please pop to the Mass Mod Portal which is linked down below, to take care of these mass mods as soon as possible! Having outstanding Mass Mods may cause your contract to fall out of compliance, and will put a halt to any formal modification requests you have in for review.
