Speaker 1:A Pacific Ocean country with no atims and no army. It is Tauvalu for US. Of the member countries of the United Nations, it is the least populated country. Tawalu, which was also known as Elis Islands, is an island country in the Polynesian region of Pacific Ocean. Its capital is Funafuti. Official languages are Tawaluan and English, and the people living there are called Tawaluans. It lies exactly in the midway between Hawaii and Australia, east northeast of Solomon Islands, northeast of Wanawatu, southeast of Nauru, south of Kiribas, west of Tekelo, northwest of Samoa, and north of Fiji. It comprises of three reef islands and six atolls. Pollinations happened to be the first ever inhabitants of this country, which came here around three thousand years ago, and in fifteen sixty eight Alva da Mendana became the first ever European to sail through this place. There are some fun facts about this country. One very important is that there are no natural rivers in Tuvalu, so what is collected for drinking is the rain water drinking water is scars. It is one of the least visited countries in the world and one of the twenty two countries which doesn't have armies. The country also has one of the world's lowest elevations, with a ridge elevation of two meters. The country does have a narrow point. It is on the island of Ponga Falley, which measures just twenty meters across. Since the country is low lying, there's a threat from rising sea levels, so it is said that it might be swallowed by the sea in some years to come. The country had been a victim of black birding in the past. In the nineteenth century, the people were kidnapped from this country and used as forced labor on plantations in countries like Australia, Fiji, Samoa and Beru. It also is world's smallest economy. Now, let's quickly take a look at the flag of this country.
